I am ravikumar dodda from vijayawada. On 26.09.2018 i booked 1 realme 2 64gb mobile phone rs 10450/ in the uixm website. After 5days company person lift my phone he told to me we send the phone shortly. After 5days again call to company no[protected]. No answer. After 5days website not opened. One message is displayed. That means please wait few days, we refund to your money with your bank. Also gave one fake email address. What can i do...

I had ordered a mobile named realme 2 rs. 8490 and then they sent me a message that they will deliver the order within 5 to 7 days. I'm not getting the mobile till now and the order passed 2 months. I ordered it on 3rd october 2018. But they are not refund my money till now. So please help me.
I'm trying to reach their website, email etc but i'm not getting any response from them. Now the app or website seems closed.

With reference to above details, i want to inform you that the above order is not not delivered to me nor uxim has refunded the amount to my bank account. I have called them hundred times, they don't pick up the phone. They have even updated fake email id on their website. No response...

I have ordered a real me 2 diamond red variant 4gb 64gb mobile phone by paying 10490.00 through paytm on dtd.-06.10.18. After that the company has not confirmed my payment & order till yet & my order section in this company website it has shows that no previous order made by you & no mail information i have received yet for the company. So, i think it is a completely fraud company. So necessary action may kindly be taken against the company....

Hereby this is to inform you that i have placed an order of mobile with the company uxim but not received my order even after doing full payment please ask them to refund my amount which i had paid for the order. Beware of buying on uixm.com
I ordered a realme 2 mobile phone from uixm.com on 29/09/2018, and paid via paytm. Rs. 8490.
They answered their customer support phone only once, after the payment, when they updated the order details on their website. However, today is the 10/10/2018, and no phone has been delivered. All calls, emails and chats to uixm.com go unanswered!!!

Beware uixm.com its a fraud website don't...

I had placed my order for one phone on 3rd oct 2018 on uixm.com, i have done my payment and still i have not received delivery of my product, even customer care number and mail id is also not working i mail them but that mail is bounced, need resolution for this and help me get my money back[protected].
