Booked realme 2 red 3gb+32gb from uixm.com on 27 sep 2018. It has been more than 7 days. I have not received courier or shipping details. No one from uixm team is answering customer care call. Their contact number[protected] does not respond and email id [protected]@uixm.com is invalid, cannot be found. I doubt even if their office exist at this address "phoenix tech tower, plot no. 14/46, survey no.1 (Part), ida – uppal village and mandal, uppal notified industrial area service society, ranga reddy, hyderabad, telangana 500039" Please help, i am getting a feeling of being cheated.
