Ultratech — Blocking of account

Dear sir i am staying rajashree cement works malkhaid road gulbarga.
My account is blocked by canara bank manager. I given 15000 rs surety to one person he paying money late so for he blocking my account. First time manager he taken 100 rs from my account to transfer rupes surety person.
I told him you ask that person if he unable to pay i will pay. Without intimation he blocked my account.
Now that manager is in off duty.
