I have raised as complaint against poor quality of cement wide complaint no SR192199 dated 20th May 2021
Your representative called me that time to know the grievances in detail. I have told him about the issues and problems i have faced and is being facing post using the brand Ultra Tech PPC cement during construction work.
Ultra Tech cement used for double story house construction. Around 700 (seven hundred) bags of PPC cement used for this work.
first floor roof got a crack of around 20-22 fit
Second floor roof getting water leakage problem in small drops of rain water.
The constructed work is showing clear cut image that the cement which is used for this construction work, have very poor quality while I have bought that cement from your authorized dealer.
Post telling all to your concern representative, he committed me that he could not visit right now due to Lock Down (Corona Pandemic) but he would visit at site after 6th Jun 2021.
Today i.e. 21st Jun 2021 none have visited here to resolve the grievance.
I am feared and panic here . . .
