I bought renegade commando burgundy shine from chennai ambattur showroom on 11 apr 2018..in the beginning it started with over heat and white smoke problem i gave it to service in a week since i bought that to sort this and they have done (Good) thats the only issue they have sorted for me and then every month i would be giving my bike for service like clutch issues, gear harder, rear front suspension, noise from rear, not starting when its in gear. After i fed up with these complaints explaining with the service station 8, 9 times @ nandanam service centre then i thought to raise a complaint via email to head office at delhi, a gentleman from their came and replied me back you give your bike for service we will sort out this time and i went there on 9th march and spoke with the engineer mr. Karthick explained each and every problems like suspension, petrl gauge not workin, bike wobbling, clutch harder, after i said all these they came up with a bill of 4000rs in that 2000rs is only for general service and 1300rs is for wheel truing (For wobbling) i agreed all that and they have called me to get my bike back and i rode with the engineer was not bad at that time then they asked me to sign the satisfactory paper for the service they have done, i said i want to check before sign coz i didn't had a chance to check it properly as it was heavy traffic but they kept on asking me to sign and they said you sign now and if you have any problem again will sort it, i dint had any option except signing that and i did then paid 4000rs. The very next day i went for a ride in highways then i realized they didn't even fix anything even the petrol gauge issue, now the gear is harder than before hearing noise from front suspension also not comfy, rear suspension noise is still there... Then why i have paid the 4000??? For doing nothing... My bike is still in warranty period though they have charged this much, if they dont know how to fix the problems why cant they go and get trained?? After all of these the customer support is worst.
