Um Motors — service support

I have bought classic in oct 2018 and haven't been able to get promised accessories like the saddle bag and tank pouch.
I have been in continuous touch with the dealer m/s square auto bangalore and the zonal manager o[censored]m in south zone, but to no avail.
I am unable to get my bike serviced as there are no authorised service centres. I gave the bike to a pvt service station as advised by the zonal manager and regretted it.
I have absolutely no clue as to where to get the bike serviced.
Any help is welcome.

I bought commando bike from vasai now the showroom is closed my bike is breakdown from last 6 month no service near me rsa no is also not connecting very bad service and third class bike is there any rules that such company should not come in india and cheat the public
Hi these is Sagar from Siliguri.. And now UM showroom is no more here but workshop is open yet.. But there is nothing that is helpful for customer. It's been a more then 3 months my bike isn't in a working condition. I have been seeking for parts but the person in the workshop says that he can't help in these cases.. So what should we do now..?? How can be the owner so Irresponsible. My bike is on finance and if these things happens I won't pay the remaining emi unless someone pay attention to it.. As at the time of buying it the company persons were there with lot of offers but now as he cudnt run properly how can he be so Irresponsible..!! We have earned our money with lots of hard work. So we can't let these owner go like these.. So it's request to all the bike owners o[censored]M. Please make a complain as much as possible..
