We subscribed for Unacademy based on the feedback that they would provide Grade 12 coaching in English. However when the classes started the teacher's were explaining everything in Hindi. We sent numerous reminders and complaints however they never bothered to address our concerns. In the end we lost our subscription. An institution that is in the business of education should understand that education is like a religion in our country. Falsifying information and then not showing any regret for this falsified information is a crime against education and would be viewed as misleading and conning people. We came to you for education and did not learn anything. Very sad to see the state of education being dragged through the dirt when it should be worshiped. Was this information helpful? |
