Planet Goa Beach Cottages — Charged despite not staying at Hotel

I made a booking through www.Agoda.co.in for at Hotel Planet Goa Beach Cottages (Booking ID[protected]. Arrival: January 9, 2013.

When I reached there with my family in the morning, I did not find the hotel suitable for my family. So I decided not to stay there and moved on to another hotel - Hotel White House at 185/B Near Goan Heritage | Guara Vaddo, Calangute 403516.

Since, I booked onli; I payed the amount through my credit card. When I received my Credit card bill, I realized the hotel booking amount was debited. So I placed the refund request at agoda for my refund. Now I have received a mail from agoda that the hotel has confirmed my stay and the amount will not be refunded. I spoke to the manager at Planet Goa Beach Cottages and he was also adamant that I stayed there and there will be no refund.

This is a clear case of cheating and I need your help in sorting this matter.
