Money charged despite not staying at Hotel

Hello,
This complaint is against charges deducted for my booking; which I did not avail.
I made a booking at Hotel Planet Goa Beach Cottages for 9th Jan 2013 till 12 Jan 2013 through www.agoda.com.
An amount of INR 7,200.00 was charged on my Credit Card.
However, when I reached Goa, I did not find thee hotel upto thee standards for a family to stay and I informed thee desk manager to cancel...

I made a booking through www.Agoda.co.in for at Hotel Planet Goa Beach Cottages (Booking ID[protected]. Arrival: January 9, 2013.
When I reached there with my family in the morning, I did not find the hotel suitable for my family. So I decided not to stay there and moved on to another hotel - Hotel White House at 185/B Near Goan Heritage | Guara Vaddo, Calangute 403516.
