Unboxed.in — wrong product received and disgusting customer service | |||||
On monday 16th september 2019 i placed an order on unboxed.in for the perfume gucci bamboo 75ml. On wednesday 18th september 2019, i was pleased that the product was delivered so quickly. However, on opening the parcel, i noticed that the wrong product was delivered - i received gucci bloom 100ml edt. As soon as i noticed this, i went to the website to initiate a return - however, the status of the order still showed as unfulfilled. Instead, i sent a query to the site that has still not been answered or replied to. The following day i sent a message to customer support, but this was unanswered. The next day i sent the query to the "perfumologist". This also went unanswered. This is my first order with unboxed.in and i and extremely disappointed at their poor product handling and even worse customer service. Finally i went on to initiate a return but until today, it is still showing as request received. Their site doesn't even provide a contact number! This is poor business and i am now extremely distrustful of them. I want a refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
