I placed an order through Unboxed.in on 26/2/21, the order was prepaid and was of a perfume - Burberry brit rhythm, ORDER number - #UBX1XKLF11711F87F. I have tried contacting customer care several times, but there has been no reply from them. The company has failed to establish contact with me or deliver the promised products. I have not yet been contacted by the Unboxed team regarding my order. My money with them stands held. Kindly escalate the level of complaint, as it has been one month since i wrote down my complaint on this Forum, and several emails have been sent to the unboxed by me, without any reply.
