Unboxify — Defective Product

I placed an order with Unboxify ( Thrustmaster T. Flight Hotas X | Flight Game Controller | Joystick | PC/PS3) which was delivered recently. Unfortunately, the product received is defective and does not function as intended.

Despite raising this issue with Unboxify’s support team, they have refused to provide either a refund or a replacement, leaving me with a faulty product and no resolution. This is a clear violation of consumer rights, as customers are entitled to a remedy when defective goods are supplied.
The company’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist is highly disappointing. I request immediate intervention to ensure Unboxify processes a refund or replacement for my defective order. Hold the company accountable for its poor customer service practices and prevent similar issues for other consumers in the future.
I urge the concerned authorities to take strict action against Unboxify for failing to honor basic consumer protection norms.
