Hello Unboxify Team,
I placed Order #KL23312318UN for Ant Esports H590 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, USB Wired Over-Ear Headphones with 50mm Drivers, Noise Cancelling Mic, Red LED, Soft Earmuffs, for PC, PS5, Xbox, Laptop. I received the item on 31-jan-2026 7.00 pm and it was not working from the same day. I raised a return/complaint on same day but the return request was declined with the reason “technical issues—visit brand-authorized service centre.”
This is a defective product received on delivery, and I am requesting a resolution: replacement or refund.
Please confirm in writing within 48 hours how you will resolve this. I am attaching:
Invoice/order confirmation
Photos/videos of the issue (and unboxing video if available)
Screenshot of the declined return status
