Uni Services — asking for help

As i saw many reviews iam telling about the uni services latur maharashtra as they're asking me to pay 8500/- as am a student am not able to can anyone plz resolve about this fraud company and they're scaring like they'll send legal notice from thier department plz help me sir as i have to submit my work on 20th of september but i didn't submit and company people replied that have to pay money to company and some they told like some advocates will call me but after i kept many msges to later after 15 days the legal department has kept an email and now asking to pay money in 2 days.. As am a student how can i pay and there is no second chance itseems they mean that everyone one are completely perfect so they're scaring like legal notices nd all plz help me sir i don't want to be on my head
