UNI Services - Demanding Money for Legal Notice after 4 Years

Greetings Sir/Madam
I am Noor Mohammad, in Aug 2018 i have worked for form filling job by UNI Services after 2 days the account has blocked, later on i comes to know that UNI services was fake. after 15 days so legal guy from UNI Services has mailed and said i need to pay 8700/- as i didn't complete the work, if i do not pay they will take legal action. I was scared and paid the amount 8700/- and they sent the NOC.
Now after 4 Years again someone is called from([protected]) UNI Services on 04/08/2022 and said due to i didn't cancel the agreement so i need to pay 1.25 Lakhs i said him send the legal notice and i will complaint in Police Station.

In 2018 Sept, I got call from uni services for data entry to fill 1500 forms in 15 days, they asked to share one id proof and signature, and started to do my work, but couldn't complete it. Later they demanded to pay 7600 as penalty and provided NOC. After 4 years, 8th July now they are calling me from this number [protected] (Palash Hazra) and demanding to pay 39K or will send u legal notice from court and later u have to pay 1L 30K for not completing the agreement. Actually, am very tensed, while referring the NOC, it clears mentions that ur agreement and id has been terminated. Then why again they are calling and asking for money. Pls help.

Daer all, in 2018 I had receive a call for online work. At that time I was in urgent need of fund so I had said yes. They had send the agreement mentioning that I have to fill details in 15 days. Due to some reasons I was unable to complete the work at that time. After some time I had got the mail from legal that as I was unable to complete my work I have to pay the money. I had send the money in account shared by them and they had issued NOC for that. But now approximately after 2 years they are again demanding for money. They are blackmailing me that if I doesn't pay the money they will take legal action. Please help me

Dear sir/mam,
I am complaint against the uniservices which is located in latur, maharastra due to online data entry jobs. Before 3 months i have a call from uniservices and told me to do online form filling job very easily. She told me to fill 1500 forms within 15 days and send one i'd proof and send a signature alsi. I am sending the id proof and signature. Without my permission that company ready the agreement and put my signature and my name at that agreement. She told me the form filling is very easy but the form filling work is very tough didn't identify the fonts and some forms are didn't read. So i am not doing that job. After 15 days of work one man calling me and pay the penalty of 7600rs because of i was unable to complete the task if you are not paying this our company take a legal action against you. I am paying that amount got a noc from this company. Recently 13 dec send a msg our company file a case against you. I am little bit worried about this. That calling person name is milind.
I have all proofs. I am frustrated and i think commit suicide also but my family told me to put complaint against this comoany. Then only learn this website and writing this complaint.

I am abdul jappar sahul hameed i have a call from uni services and i signed the agreement within 2 minutes. The work is i fill 1500 forms within 15 days. I am not completing this work because of family issue. After fifteen i got a call from uniservices and told that to pay 7600 immediately or our company file a case against you. I pay 7600 rupees and got a noc from this company but again this company msg me to file a case against you. So please protect me from this company. I am worried for this. I am not sleeping past two days please solve the issue.

Its found through o e flesh trade broker who claims himself as an advocate rajat sharma. [protected] revealed that uni services is not only in frsud and cheating but they are trapping innoncent ladies and threatning to come in flesh trade and prostitution, anybody come across plz cal me [protected]. I take care if thise creatures.
Not to worry or scare about their legal notices they are fraud advocates and not even ssc passed. U can scd them and do not send any money.

I am definitely waiting for some imp docs about their activities by anuj jiya and vipakshi. Once it's in my hand i won't spare them. They need to be punished by any means. As i saw many reviews iam telling about the uni services latur maharashtra as they're asking me to pay 8500/- as am a student am not able to can anyone plz resolve about this fraud company and they're scaring like they'll send legal notice from thier department plz help me sir as i have to submit my work on 20th of september but i didn't submit and company people replied that have to pay money to company and some they told like some advocates will call me but after i kept many msges to later after 15 days the legal department has kept an email and now asking to pay money in 2 days.. As am a student how can i pay and there is no second chance itseems they mean that everyone one are completely perfect so they're scaring like legal notices nd all plz help me sir i don't want to be on my head

the form filling offered by Uni Services - Latur is fraud and cheating company, its totally bogus and they dont have any office or address. All their employees names also fake, Main Cheater Jiya, now switched off her phone, Mitul alias anuj - 1 st class fraud, is absconding, Rudra patel, one more main cheat switched off phones.
The case is registered with CBCID and Cyber Police too.
Within short time they all will be heating their feet in lock up .
all the advocates like vijay chauhan, bhatt all are fake and do not worry and remember the agreements what u did is in valid and no body can send u any legal noties, if any legal notices issued to you kindly forward to my mail id.

I am brajendra pratap sonkar. I was apply for part time job uni service part time job that time i do yes for job but they was said me if you failed to do fork then i have to pay 5200 rs. And after that i was so busy schedule and i can not be do this work at 15 days. Now uni service are sending messags regarding to payment. They have sended me some agreement with my digital my digital sign. And they are sending me mail of advocate who saying if i ll not pay his payment 7600 unless he will take legal action. So please tell me me what should i do... I thought uni service is fake company but they have an agreement with my adhaar card and digital sign which is not proper.. So please help me. I have attach screeshot of mail which o receive dirct by advocate without any warning before of compony executive. Advocate number [protected] i receive that true caller shows as fake.

Al are frauds they give different numbers and tel different names each time they pick the call.. Ms. Jiya is very talented in cheating innocent people... We are filing a case against her.. Dont pay a single ruppee.. Legal notice and advocate are all fake..

I got a call from a number [protected] mentioning her name ISHA MATHUR, she is a recruiter in this company(UNI SERVICES). She told me that there is a work for you to fill 1500 forms in 15 days and they will pay me 35k for this task if i do this with 100% accuracy. In these forms there were TBC SECURITY NO. and other details of the citizens of another countries. It is for loan purpose or something like that. They told me if m unable to submit my work on time or with the accuracy they asked for then i have to pay them 5.2k but i submitted my work on time with 100% accuracy. After submission i asked them for my payment and they told me that they will send me a QC report after which they will decide that they will pay me or not. After few hours i tried to log in but somehow they changed my password, i informed them this thing through mail, phone calls but they said sir password is not our reponsibilty and after mailing them several times they send me a legal proceedings mail. I informed them that this is not correct atleast you should send me my QC report but they told me that our lawyer has checked all the things and you have to pay for it. I told them that i'll also take a legal action on you and their reply was "sir paisa toh aapko bharna padega baaki aapse jo hota hoga wo krlo" . There legal notice is kind of a threat. Help me with this sir ASAP. Instead of paying us they are asking us to pay them. We worked so hard for that but these kind of companies just washout our hard work.

Iam pulling them all including management staff advocates and customer cell employees.
I post all the numbers in my next posting . Criminal cases with 22 people support am filing tom in cyber crime Hyderabad.

Same thing happened to me. But I immediately sent an email not agreeing to their typing terms and requested for cancelling the agreement and sought a confirmation on the cancellation they Didn't do it instead they claimed RS 7600 for cancellation charges. As i have not attend their call they said i wil get legal notice from gujarat court

Fake and fraud company. Bhikari log, this people are fraud they don't understand English. Nishi Sharma named woman receives a call and she is good for nothing. They took 7600/- and said we will give u back after completing your work of 1200 forms. Not even a rupee they gave. Fraud making. All are making money out of business. PJE Enterprises and spectrum technocrates, all employees and head are fraud. Need to take severe action against this people.

Sir i got a call from uni services they tell that you have to do online work through internet of form filling 1500 forms in just 15 days they took my aadhar card photo & my signature then they give me an id amd password for login they tell me that after doing the work correctly you may got rs 50000 for work. Then they send me an agreement and pasted my signature's on it. Then i refused to do work then they tell me that u have to pay rs 8690 for this i didn't pay anything now they r regularly message me on my no they send me a notice of a laywer name m. M patel in which they wrote that u have to pay in 7 days otherwise they will do further judicial process for me

Then i call to uni service helpline no. With same problem they didn't talking to me well on same matter... Suddenly they end the call. The person behind advocate forcing me for payment of penalty till 2 p. M.

I got a call from this company (Uni service) regarding online form filling work and they told me that it is job in which you don't have to pay in advance so i agreed to do this work but while i am doing the process of registration which is free of cost. The customer care did't give me time to read that non-judicial agreement which they send me through a app and i did it but after when i go through that agreement i found a 3 clause which is totally in their favor. So after that i am left with no option rather than complete the work even when i completed my work on time and with accuracy and after that i completed the work work in given period of time but my qc report get failed so after that they start demanding 5200 rs as a maintenance charge and for not submitting of qc report.

One day i received a call from someone and they told me that they will pay 32000 rs to me for filling 1500forms in 15 days and they don't told me about any penalty or charges.
They told me to send sign and pic to him after which they gave me id and password. I have submitted the work on time after submission of work within 3-4 days they sent me a mail that i m failed in the work and i have to pay money otherwise they will take legal action.
One of my friend told me that it is fraud company and don't pay any amount but today i got one more email to pay 12570rs otherwise i have to pay 45000rs...
Plz help me i am a student and don't have that much money how could i pay to him...

They mske us work like dogs n then they day qc report has errors... Fraud ppl fraud company.. We should infact lodge a complaint against them who wasted our time...
