I hope this finds you well. I am writing to report a significant issue with my recent order, #ORD[protected] placed on 17 Feb 2024. Unfortunately, the experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I am reaching out in hopes of resolving the matter promptly.

Description of Issue:-
I have ordered from Blinkit. In my order I order for Unibic choco kiss cookies for my kids. When I open this box o[censored]nibic cookies I found 3 empty pouches. It's very hard to understand how you got these type of empty pouches in IT? I got shoked when I got this and immediately I thought to email this and let you people know about this.
I feels I got scammed by Unibic, because I paid for 40 units but 3 of them were already empty.
I have attached photos and videos documenting of the missing items.
As a loyal customer, I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Ideally, I would appreciate a full refund for the missing items, along with assurances that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
