This latest orange splash cookies are not tastes good. It tastes like the low quality orange flavour biscuits that I used to eat in my childhood. It tastes like that . I don't know why you are making poor quality biscuits.
Before there are other flavour biscuits in orange colour packets, those tastes like too good.

I am complaining about empty packets in biscuit box

Recently i have ordered Unibic choco kiss cookies from blinkit. When i open the box i have found couple of empty packets in it. I feel i got scammed by unibic. we are paying for complete box and getting less items in it. I recommend not to use unibic product anymore. i have all the proofs with me. photos and video i have made when i got these empty packets.

Hi Team,
i Recently purchased you UNIBIC Fruit and Nut cookies and i always liked that specific flavor, the main reason being its made from whole wheat flour and NOT with the Refined Wheat Flour ( Maida). In the recent purchase, i found the texture, quality and the cookie smell compromised and upon checking, got to know that you have used Refines Wheat Flour. Are you guys being serious ! because, the same product i checked other than India has Wheat Flour. You guys must have thought its either cheap or doesn't care about the quality anymore.

Plastic in my cookies
This is to bring to your kind attention that i am regular consumer of your products, i really regret to be user o[censored]nibic products. I was assured that i will be contacted by quality team, unfortunately so far no one in the organization spared a moment to take the cognizance of the issue. May be for this company this is something very common and regular. Considering the taste, quality and the standards i was ordering the products in bulk for self and for distributing to kids and others. Now i am afraid that it may not have some other side effects or some thing harmful for their and our health.

I have purchased unibic cashew badam cookies from dmart in hosur. Most of the individual biscuits are damaged, air hole and main thing some biscuits are burned with black colour, i have attached photograph for your reference. Nowadays not good your product waste of my money but my family members liked this product only.

hair in the biscuit
I have purchased unibic choco kisscookie from dmart (Panvel, maharashtra) and was having it. Suddenly i noticed that a black hair is inside the biscuit. This is really embarrassing and dangerous. Unibic is a trusted brand and this hair would have cause an big accident to my life. This is not acceptable at all.
I require an appropriate action and compensation for the same.

biscuit and packing faulty

The packing of these buiscut are so bad in quality. They have mentioned it having individual packs for these oatmeal cookies in the product box which is of very low quality.
Inspite of its expiry date being 6months of manufacturing date as mentioned to be 10/07/19, the quality of the packing had affected the product in very bad ways.
This is not just one instance.
The buiscut have become damp and unconsumable also the biscuits are crumbs and stinks

I had purchased a box of oatmeal sugar free cookies from. Spar supermarket in Mangalore a few days ago. On opening the pack i found 5 individual cookie packs and 1 empty wrapper and 1 half empty wrapper with 1 cookie with biscuit crumbs inside. The box was sealed from the outside as usual. It appears to be eaten at the factory before packaging.

I had purchased unibic biscuit from reliance market & when i was eating it suddenly i felt something stuck between my teeth. When i took it out i was shocked it was a hard plastic like glass piece i was totally shocked that if i had engulf it then it would be serious as it could harm my internal organs... How could this type of big company could do this. This is ridiculous this is how you guys serving to customers i m going escalate this issue now everywhere

I found a plastic piece which looks like the plastic sheets you use to cover notebooks. It is transparent and very small and it could have had been engulfed easily. I couldn't believe that a big company like unibic would do such a big mistake.

I'm complaining about charging more money than the printed price.

I'm speaking from MMU mullana, Ambala. In Admin block campus there is a shop named Aggarwal, He is selling the combo pack of 2 as individual biscuit. The price of combo is RS.40 but the shopkeeper is charging Rs40 for each i.e. 80 for 1 combo. On a packet it's clearly written not to sold individually, but he is selling it individually. This is the reason why most of the people don't buy a ₹40 individual pack as no schemes are followed .

We are dealing with unibic products from last few months and doing business with your sales person mr jithesh. From last three times suppliers are not supplying properly (Worth of rs 20/- free cookies for your pillow pack not supplying) and today we raised same complaint with mr jithesh and he was not ready to hear our complaint. Mr jithesh was so arrogant and today he using very bad words to us in front of our costumer. Herewith i am complaining you regarding this person mr jithesh that because of him unibic company name spoils and you are in risk of loosing business. Please consider this matter serious otherwise he will be a black mark for unibic company.

found a insect inside unibic cookies packet
We brought a unibic cookies last week. Manufactured date is 20.11.2017 and the expire date is 6 months from the packaging. We found a insect in the packet. We are really disappointed by this product. We need a proper justification. Attaching the photos of the cookies packet with insect inside.

Hair strand found in Unibic choco nut cookies
I work in a MNC in Gurgaon and have been a great admirer o[censored]nibic. Whenever we go for tea break with the team, it's tea/coffe + Unibic.. choco nut being our favourite !
However, this morning when we broke a choco nut cookie in half, found hair strand stuck in between which clearly showed it's something in the dough with the way it was stuck there !!!
Highly disappointed as not sure if I'all be able to eat them in future without being overly cautious or never eat at all.
See pic attached.. how beautiful the cookie look but that hair strand spoiled all. :-(

I am DERVIN propriter of ADFOODS nagercoil. We are doing distribution in Kanyakumari. There were some miss understanding with your SO(Raj).SO I stopped ur distribution. I am having some pending claims, expired stock, closing stock.they had appointed new distributor with out my noc.I called Raj and Ramesh but both are not picking the calls.please do the necessary as soon as possible and please get a feed back about Raj from all the old distributors.
