Updated by annug.1983 Hi Team,

From couple of weeks onwards I've been trying to contact local branch (Noida) to close my account with Unicon but no one responding nor wrong number/number not in use. When contacted couple of local branch employees mobile numbers they have been telling they are resigned from Unicon as they are not getting salaries.

However I've been sending couple of emails to designated helpdesk and [protected]@unicon.in but no response at all. I've been trying to contact helpdesk number where its routed to computer IVR and no one is picking the call after making relevant options selection. With this all my calls are wasted and I'm loosing money as well as time.

Please suggest who & how can help us with all these cases. How SEBI is monitoring all these. Does SEBI is responsible for our money as SEBI is holding some money on behalf o[censored]nicon (told by one o[censored]nicon executive at the time of a/c opening).

you need to go to its noida office ASAP.All other offices are closed.They ll
tell you all what you have to do.The company has been barred from any
transaction on stock exchange.So better go and get the documents
required for filing the claim and also the procedure.Some of the recent

I've a trading a/c in unicon securities but from the last eight month nobody is there to reply on email and phone call. Above all when I lodge a complaint in SEBI ., SEBI transfer the complaint to NSE and NSE asked no. of documents when NSE claim that all their operations are online they why NSE are not in a position to check transaction and do the needful accordingly . all they are doing is just lingering the procedure and the investor never get the money back from this fraud securities . HERE INVESTOR ARE SUFFERING FROM THIS PROCEDURE AND THE FRAUD SECURITIES ARE FREE BY JUST CLOSING THEIR OPERATION. AND NO ACTIONS AGAINST THIS FRAUD SECURITIES

I have a trading acoount GO 162 with Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd. In spite of my repeated efforts through e mail, letters and phone calls for transfer of my shares aggregate value Rs. 200000.00 from the pool account GO 162 to my registered DMAT account with HDFC, the company has failed to do the same. Further, ledger balance of Rs 5000.00 approximately has also not been transferred to my SB a/c repeated pleas of me to the company. Please help in resolving my complain.

I am also a victim of the Unicon. Despite several and personal meeting with staff my stock not transferred to demat a/c, all are in pool account under my user ID. Not able to trade or transfer nor cash margin to withdraw. I am really worried what will happen to our money and the stocks we are holding with UNICON. Will SEBI help us to recover the money.

I was busy with my office work and unable to track the account since March'2014. Last week, I am in need of money and just wanted to withdraw the amount. But I am shocked, there is no Unicon??? I am unable to contact any one. I have been repeatedly calling their customer care but nobody is responding. Also, all website address, branch address and contact numbers provided on their website are out of service or non-existent. I have my money stuck in this account. I really worried about my hard earned money which is stuck with this company. I have around Rs 60000 shares. I Mr Umesh P Jagtap customer o[censored]nicon securities.ID is PN2083 Transfer 20000/- rs on 17/04/14 but it wont reflect as well as i cant see my pool account shares all company contact not functioning as well there online ite domain expire so i cant see my shares i have register complaint against them in SEBI they transfer it to Pune NSE office but they want full detail abt holding as there site not functioning how can i gave them holding statement we all customer unite togeother and file fraud complaint against them in court.Please help all victum of small invester Modi sarkar should do harsh action against them.

I ( Nimai Chandra Koley Age 72+) have been a customer doing trading of stocks through Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd My client ID is 00045031 for over 6 years now. I have of late been facing problems for doing any trade of my 8 stocks (around Rs. 56000/- and cash around Rs 6000/-) blocked through them since last 4 months. It is becoming difficult to reach their office as well as over phone Number I am not able buy/sell shares from their Durgapur- site office. My orders are keeping getting rejected. I have seen there are many complaints have been registered. I am senior citizen & I really worried about my hard earned money which is stuck with this company. Please let me know what will happen to our money.
