Hi, My Trading Account code is PBG54. I have sold all my holding on 28th of March 2014 and want to close my account. I have dropped email every day since 28th of March and trying to call every day for several hours but I am not getting any response from Unicon. I think there is something wrong with the company. Please do something to get my Money soon as possible. I am a very small person and can not afford to loose this money. I have a trading account with Unicon Securites . Account No is I13177. From January end 2014, i was experiencing problems with trading contacting..but still got resolved, but in past 3 weeks...it has been a dead silence in terms of trading as well as in contacting a single person, either the phones are not working, or they dont get picked. I also have Rs. 26, 000/- towards Advance Brokerage in the account. i am so fed up of evrything, i want my fund and brokerage back... My User Id is U43225.
I have been trading from around last 3 year, and everything was smooth till JAN 2014.
Last couple of months I am facing huge problem in trading as well as I am not able to withdraw my fund. I have called many times but my call was never picked by your representative's.

I have tried online fund withdraw as well as I have triggered 3 mail as per your message on fund withdraw page.

Please suggest me how can I reach and have a smooth relationship.

My client code is FB419. I have trading A/c with Unicon Securities P ltd. I have requested since last 2 months to transfer my all shares in my DMat A/c with Globe Capital. But they transfer only 50% of my shares after requesting many times. But Now they are not picking my call & there are not any type of response from them.

Dear Sir, My client ID in Unicon Securities pvt. Ltd. is I13900, which is related to the NSE F&O online trading. Every thing was smoothly going during the five month of demat account opening. But, recently I am facing very bad experience with their service.I applied for the payout amount of Rs. 188716/- twenty days ago via proper channel.Surprsingly, it is kept unhonoured and more over there is no human beings to lift the telephone I sent many mails to their help desk.That also thrown into the dust bin without any reply. I have a trading account with Unicon Securites . Account No is I13603 with Noida Branch. From January end 2014 they are not allowed to sell shares laying with DP account maintained by them. I also deposited Rs. 10, 000/- towards Advance Brokerage. I wrote several times to their Help Desk to refund my unutilised brokerage amount as they are not giving service. I also send filled in form for allowing me to trade in BSE Exchange. They are not executing these request. What would happened?. Is there any serious issue is going on? What will happen to our money, hardly earned and invested?. I tried calling customer service numbers on their website but none of them are working. I have open positions in my account & I am not sure how will I close it. Any suggestions?

Dear Sir, In the year 2012, I had opened an account with Unicon Investment Solution with an advance brokerage amount of Rs.50, 000/- for five years. On 29.01.2014, I have lodged a complaint through email that I have not receiving SMS service which providing me the balance brokerage amount. Upon my complaint, they have blocked my account without any reasons and after that their system is not taking any buy/sell order. While executing order...

i had a franchise with unicon securities ltd. i had deposited security of Rs. 100000(one lac) with the company.when i withdrew my franchise they returned me only 70, 000 rupees. and the remaining 30, 000 has not been returned till date as its now more than three years. they used to say that your file is pending with SEBI. my id was Z6235 in the name of vishal deep. kindly help

This is regarding withdrawal pending since one month...
And i needed that urgently...Due tow which builder has imposed a 15k penalty on me till now..
I ahd discussed this case with ashish nag pal my branch manger, but even he could not help and i can understand how poor the unicon management is or unicon is having very bad intentions...Which included owners and stakeholders in unicon..I even called help desk to speak to compliance officer but neeraj was not available..Anytime..

I am a resident of 'Darshnam Paradise', Gotri, Vadodara. We have six (6) Lift / Elevators from Unicon Elevators, Vadodara.
It has been 10 months now after elevators have been installed, every weeks one or two elevators have problem and remain off. On complaining to Unicon, hardly any response from them and very poor service.

Most elevators - LED Display have not working properly. Inside light hardly...

I have encountered severe problems trading with unicon securities. I took 1 lac advance brokerage account and they promised me all support with respect to margin and other services. Later I found that they are charging 20% more margin. On enquiry I was told that I may continue trading with less margin and my account has been extended facilities. I made some trades same day and found all my trades were squerred off in the evening without my knowledge. Later manager regretted the mistake and told me that it was due to non receipt of approval. Now the approval has been restored and I may trade on extended facilities. Yesterday to my surprise all the accounts were frozen at 3.15 and they mentioned me that the account limits are withdrawn at 3.10. I guess Unicon has severe cash shortage and due to market ups and down they freeze accounts without notice to the clients. Do not open accounts with Unicon. Worst services ever. I have posted my complaint to SEBI also. Do not trust them at all. Pune manager Chinmay Koli is even worst. He does not bother to revert back to your issues and helpdesk is helpless.

This is bring to inform you My self Vipin Kumar worked in Unicon Investment Solution Pvt . Ltd. in Meerut Branch during period 26 Sept 2012 to 15 Dec 2012, issue is i got only Oct. month salary. I have not get the Nov. month salary. When i asked my HOD Mr. Rajeev Maheshwari (BM) he gave me abuse & said "I hold your salary none of person can release your salary". Because you worked here only 2month15days. For release salary you have to pay me your 1/2 month salary.

This is with reference to my resignation on 26th November 2011 from Unicon Investment Solutions Internet Broking Vertical. I have resigned on 26th Nov 2011 which was excepted too. but i have not received my last month salary and relieving letter till now.

I have booked a two bed room flat in super tech renesa sector 118 through mr piyush from unicon real state, noida in may 2012. he has taken my all document with cheque of 3 lac. He did not give me receipt and when I asked he assured your flat is booked and I have receipt and allotment Letter. Till date(sept, 1), he did not give any receipt and now he is saying that super tech Has lost your application and your application has not been processed. During these period the price of that project has gone up rs 500-700/ psf. He is not returning my documents I.e. cheque, Pan card, Id prof etc.
Unicom real estate is a big Cheater company. Be careful if you are dealing with them.
