Dear Sir,
In the year 2012, I had opened an account with Unicon Investment Solution with an advance brokerage amount of Rs.50, 000/- for five years. On 29.01.2014, I have lodged a complaint through email that I have not receiving SMS service which providing me the balance brokerage amount. Upon my complaint, they have blocked my account without any reasons and after that their system is not taking any buy/sell order. While executing order an error "rejected - exchange user id for the user is invalid" is showing every time. I had lodged several complaints through emails but only received an automated response. Neither their helpline is accessible nor they are picking up telephone calls nor shown any interest to rectify the problem.
I, therefore, request you to kindly rectify the problem so that I can trade or else return back the remaining advance brokerage amount along with other amount deposited with Unicon. Kindly solve the above problems at the earliest.
