I had purchased a 1month plan for usa (Lycaamoblie# [protected]) from igai terminal 3 airport on 20 march 2019 from mr. Prakash sharma. The plan was o[censored]nlimited internet (4g) and unlimited calling. I informed about my handset details and it was assured that there will be no problem. When i landed to the usa the internet had never worked.in addition in calling the network was poor. On the same day, i informed unicoonect technical support, mr. Prakash sharma, and even call to 612 (Lycaamoblile customer care) about my problem.
I am really sorry to say this once you sale the sim and how you treat the customer it's really pathetic and sinful. After raising so many complaints about what i got solutions that i will get a 30% refund. I call your customer support and talk to your executive ms. Tanvi and ms. Jyoti where i forward the request of a complete refund of my amount (Rs3000). The reference number of my request was given 434. It was informed that the amount will be a refund of the complete amount will be transferred in my account within 7 working days. Please transfer the complete with no further delays and please forward this request with no further hiccups.
One last advice to your services if you can't resolve the issues but please empathize the situation of the customer. The way your executive take the complaints with such a casual attitude makes us realize that you people only believe in selling the sim and not to provide services. Hope i get the complete refund of my amount within the allotted time.
