Frustrating services from Uniconnect Sim cards --- I had bought a uniconnect sim card for Singapore. And I think it was a big mistake. The more I used their services, the more frustrating it got for me. Connecting calls was a headache, be it local or international. But these ppl didn’t even take a minute to deduct money from the account, whether the call was connected or not. I did land up calling their custaomer care asking for a detail for debits, and the response that I got was epic – they were deducting money for my data services which by the ways I had already paid for and since there was poor network, their data also didn’t work. So basically my account was getting debited and nobody from Uniconnect gave me a proper reason for this. They just kept on dodging the question.
