[Resolved]  Uniconnect Sim — Sim card sold by the company which haven't worked

Hi,
On March 26th 2014 I have purchased a UNIconnect International sim card- [protected] from T3 terminal but it didnt worked and since them I am following up with the company but they are hardly replying to my messages.
I have lost 1000 INR and want the company to pay back
Please help.
