I am writing this to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from your website. I have recently ordered the iphone 14 from the official website Unicorn online store, my order number is #168309465245073. My order was confirmed and I got the mail & sms in which order details were mentioned, unfortunately after a couple of hours I got an email that my order has been cancelled because of a pricing issue (due to system glitch).
Firstly, i like to tell you that i have been using the Apple products for the past 8-10 years, so I feel I am a valued customer. This time I ordered the iphone to gift my brother for the special occasion which could not be served as my order got cancelled and my money got stuck (which I should call #fraud)
Further as per the Company policy once the order is placed it can't be cancelled (company not allowing whatever reason is there even if you need the money for hospitalisation). So as per the Company policy, if a customer can't cancel the order, how can the company, after all this it was a company mistake (which they have accepted) and order should be fulfilled/completed by you.
I think this matter deserve your urgent attention, as a common retail customer i expect justice on this, also in this matter i had called customer care executives for more than 50 times and drop mails also for the grievance but it could not be resolved, would like you to respond quickly by accepting my order with the same price which I have ordered.
