I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I have received from the Apple Service Centre (Unicorn halwasiya, Hazratganj- 226001) Lucknow. I submitted My macBook Pro in the last week month of March 2024. Technician at Lucknow center suggested me to embed motherboard and battery with 3 months warranty, total cost Rs 85000, which I paid to get my laptop in complete working condition.
After the replacement, I found below issue still underlying:
1. Persistent Overheating: it is getting heating just after switching on of laptop and gradually become overheated the back panel, keyboard as well as screen panel.
2. Battery Drain: Although they had replacement the battery but after 10 days o[censored]sage of laptop battery had started draining rapidly and battery life has been compromised.
3. Lagging or slowness: System started lagging using more than 1 tab and hang sometimes.
I informed about above mentioned issue to seek assistance from them in the warranty period itself. Firstly, they were not ready to accept fault in system but later they took my laptop for further diagnostics. Upon diagnosis, technician started giving false and unsatisfactory reason for laptop not working completely mentioned as below:
1. Incompatibility of OS, use OS current version -1.
2. Always stay at OS version -1(ventura).
3. don’t use camera.
4. use Coolpad if seems overheating.
5. Suggested not to open old files.
6. Don’t use zoom or google meet.
7. Don’t use multiple tabs on Safari.
8. Don’t open multiple files at a time.
9. Don’t open files on iCloud which is older than 6months.
10. Don’t use laptop if charging.
Above mentioned point is not as per that Apple guideline.
On my sixth visit in this hot summer, after observing that the laptop overheated the technician claimed to ignore this heating and as per him such heating is normal and expected heating. Prior to your repairs, my laptop did not exhibit such issues, and I could use it for extended periods without it overheating. I am feared that within sometime my laptop will stop functioning because of this overheating and
Apart from this there were more people facing same issue after replacement of parts.
This level of service is not what I expected from Apple. It appears that there is an attempt to evade proper resolution of my laptop’s issues until the warranty expires, thereby incurring further costs on my part.
This type of behavior seems a mental harassment to me and frustrating me day-by-day and making my mind unstable as I had to visit multiple time without getting proper resolution.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I expect a prompt resolution to avoid escalating this complaint further.

    I have bordered iphone 15 from unicorn online store (order was prepaid) but i have not received any details that order was confirmed or not. After calling and mailing them for more than 15 times they have provided me order id and informed me that it got delivered. But I have not received that order.After that I have asked them to whom you have delivered please provide the details them there is no response from there side.Such a worst service.

      I visited unicorn store located in One Awadh Cinepolis mall in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. First of all no one came to attend us even after asking them. Secondly i asked for trade in…then he started evaluating my phone condition. The salesman then removed the phone cover (which got cracked by him while removing the cover which was noticed by me later on). Further, he asked me that wether he can remove screen guard or not (permission was given as I went there to buy a new phone and return my existing phone. While evaluating the phone condition, hr asked for change in battery( which was changed from apple store only). Then he asked for screen change (which was not changed). My brother expressed his opinion to the salesman that if the screen has been changed there is a clear yellow tint in the screen which is visible. Meanwhile I was asking the salesman to see the settings and try to adjust them but he started arguing with my brother. He replied to my brother that he doesn’t know about the screen (yellow tint) and started comparing the brightness of the phone with the phone he already had and informed us that the screen is dull (if he reported this obviously the trade-in value will be decreased). Later he said that he is not a technician to judge whether the screen is original or not. After so much of heated arguement we decide not to buy the phone and we left.
      I am surprised to see such ill mannered salesperson in your store who doesn’t know customer service, hospitality and moreover they have zero knowledge about the phone they are selling.

      Not only this, one day prior to this incident, i just went to enquire rate and offers and to get the trade-in valuation of my phone (iphone11). On that day also Face id setting was not visibile ( but face id was working that was clearly visible) still the salesman gave me the trade-in valuation for face id not working and he told me that after resetting if the option came back then the value will be modified. This also happened because the salesperson you are hiring have zero knowledge about iphone settings…as in screen time if you turn on “content and privacy restrictions” face id settings is removed, I had it on because if someone gets into my phone then atleast that person will not be able to make changes in my face id and password.
      Talking about the dullness of the screen there is a setting known as reduce white point and auto brightness. Both were on in my case and reduce white point was at 50% because of which screen was dull. but due to lack of knowledge of mere setting in iphone your salesperson or may be its your company’s strategy to lower down the trade in value.
      Overall I had a bad experience. I am really disappointed thats why I complained so that such as reputed brand should not provide such bad customer service.

        Hi Team,

        I had visited store (Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd GF-12A, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon East Mumbai 400063 - Contact : [protected]) on 23rd November 2023 around 11:40 am. I had requested USB to Lightning cable but received USB-C to Lightning cable. I had mentioned that I have IPhone SE 2nd Gen (2020), this clearly indicates that I had requested for USB to Lightning cable.

        Bill was processed and this issue was realized in front of Sales executives when I asked for checking the product and sales executive unsealed the box of product. I asked to provide replacement with the product I need. But executives declined my request saying they can not do much after billing. As whole incidence happened there, issue could have been resolved there itself. But, they did not try much. As my phone was switched off, I could not raise this issue at that time itself. I do not have any use of the product I received, I would really appreciate if you could replace product I received (USB-C to Lightning cable 1m) with product I need (USB to Lightning cable 1m).

          I found out that my laptop was defective 12 days after i purchased it when i compared it to similar other product.My keyboard was wobbly and my trackpad was defective.I reached out to offcial apple and called their international number.They advised me that since my product was only 14-15 days old, I should ask for replacement of my product from the seller(i.e.Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited)However when i tried talking to unicorn regarding this, The store manager would not even talk to me.I requested to talk to him regarding this 3 times but all the time he declined saying that 24 hours have passed now we can do nothing with product.They even refused to talk to me.It really enraged me when i realized the kind of aftersale services unicorn is providing.I request product replacement and apology from manager for horrible behaviour.

            This is yet another pathetic customer service example from UNI STORE OF AHMEDABAD. The team on the floor stays busy chatting & playing games while no one comes to attend the client. Also, it seems the floor staff has been trained to keep customers away who comes with questions about your partners like cashify. When grilled the staff gives a no damn attitude and guess what. You have lost your customer due to pathetic behaviour of your floor staff which anyways in Gujarat holds No Class. They stink with cigarette smell and pan masala. This is my experience yesterday at your pathetic store of PRAHLADNAGAR, AHMEDABAD. Trust I shall complain APPLE too for such rude & classless behaviour. Oh yes, the chap didn’t reveal his name and there was no manager too.

              I called Apple Care regarding an issue that I am facing with my Airpods Pro which does not show up on “ Find My Iphone “ anymore and keeps giving an error “ Airpods Setup Incomplete “, after getting my airpods pro replaced from the Unicorn Store in Andheri, Mumbai, near Fun Republic. The Apple customer support did all the required diagnostics of my phone and after spending days with Apple Customer Care on the call, they told me that they are booking an appointment for me in the Unicorn store where my Airpods Case will get replaced as there was an issue with the device. I went to the store then and submitted the Airpods Pro after which I received an email in a few days which stated that my airpods pro left earbud and the airpods pro case has been replaced and I can go to the store to collect it. When I went to the Unicorn store, the store representative stated that they sent me the email bymistake regarding the case being replaced as only one earbud has been replaced, but my issue was not resolved and my airpods again gave me the error of “ Airpods setup incomplete “. The Unicorn store rep kept arguing with me that they can not do anything and that the charging case can not be replaced. I finally agreed after which the unicorn store representative showed me a screen with certain action notes which mentioned that the team has analysed my device and my airpods charging case has to be replaced. When I showed this to the representative, he was shocked and went inside a room and came back out and again showed me the notes which stated that only earbuds have to be replaced and not the charging case ( he went in the room and changed the notes from his system inside ). I have been handed over my airpods now with my issue not resolved at all.

                  I am writing to inform you about a problem I encountered with a phone that I recently purchased from your company. I bought the phone, iPhone 14 just two days ago, and to my disappointment, I discovered that it is defective upon unboxing. I have not used the phone at all since I received it.

                  The issue with the phone is its not even opening on unlocking it and the battery has some issue Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue following the provided instructions, I have been unable to resolve it. It is evident that the problem lies with the device itself, rather than any user error or misuse.

                  As a loyal customer of your brand and having had positive experiences in the past, I am confident that this situation is an anomaly. Therefore, I kindly request a replacement for the defective phone. Since the product is brand new and unused, I believe it is fair to expect a replacement to be provided without delay.

                  The phone is still under warranty. I kindly ask you to expedite the replacement process as I rely on the phone for and require a functional device as soon as possible.

                  I would appreciate if you could provide clear instructions on how to proceed with the return of the defective phone and the subsequent delivery of the replacement.

                    I had tried to place an order for an iphone 7 plus leather case on the 2nd of June 2023 at 1:17 AM. But instead of the order getting confirmed I was redirected to an 'error submission' page. I did not receive any order confirmation but my money was debited amounting to Rs 399. Request you to do the needful and solve this issue as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered an iPhone 13 256gb online on unicorn store website and there is no kind of tracking available and i can't even see it in orders.
                      I do have a order reference ID, but unable to use it in any way.
                      The customer care number given on the website doesn't work as well.

                        Money dedcuted from Credit card but no confirmation or Reference number provided. I placed an order for iPhone 14 128gb for Rs 68714 . They did not provide any confirmation but I got bank SMS that money has been dedcuted from Credit card (See attached picture). Their website says customer support is available all days from 9am to 9pm but I tried all day the number was not reachable. Please help.

                          I ordered and iPhone 14 with order no. [protected] from unicorn apr online website today. I didn't receive any order tracking id. There is no "your orders" section on their website whatsover. I can't even login. I can't cancel and get refunded as well. I'm really worried if it's a scam. The order confirmation stated as "you order has been recieved successfully" the vocabulary makes it very shady for such a big company.

                            I have an I pad which is in warranty and can be replaced but unicorn Faridabad service didnot escalate matter to Apple as they told they have to create a job sheet to escalate matter to apple. Later after job sheet was made within and hour they called saying it cannot be done. They are not willing to write a mail saying they escalated it to apple Bangalore and they rejected the case.
                            I am highly disappointed with the response o[censored]nicorn and as apple customer my approach towards apple has hampered because o[censored]nicorn

                              I bought a new iPhone 14 from alpha one mall Ahmedabad store and they insistee to take tempered guard worth rs 800. But after using it for 2-3 days air bubble start coming inside it amd now it spreads from all three sides. Itvwas not even better than 100 rs tempered guard, its a shame for stote like unicorn, if someone is ready to pay a huge amount for anything u should also give better in back. I will post this complaint everywhere toblet people aware about this.

                                I recently placed an order for IPhone 14. I made all the requisite payment. But after the payment it doesn't show in my order history. Neither do i have any visibility whether the order was accepted or not. Money has been deducted from the bank but there is no update. I still haven't receieved my phone. Further, the customer service is not working. I have been trying to reach out to them since a long time

                                  i bought I phone 14 on 12.04.2023 from unicorn infosolutionsPvt. Ltd through invoice number UCHD150 and the payment of Rs 81713.00 was made through my debit cards. some how my GST number got skipped in the Invoice. on 13.04.2023 i visited the store personally but the declined my request by giving the excuse that company does not provide editing options.
                                  i searched company's website and came to that the option of revised bills available is available by issuing debit credit notes.

                                  kindly the company to add the below mentioned GST Number and provide me the revised bill .

                                    I placed an order for Iphone 14 on 29 March 2023 but there is no update yet on when the phone will be delivered.
                                    While placing the order, it showed the phone will be delivered in 3-4 days but its been 10 days and there is no tracking number or no further update yet. The full payment is made to the merchant.
                                    Can you please help in tracking the status of the order?
