[Resolved] Unicornstore.in / Unicorn Infosolutions — Not shipping my iphone 13

I have ordered iphone 13 on 24th Jan. I still have no status of the order. When called customer care they said it's shipped. But The delhivery courier status says shipment not ready for pick up. Now the unicorn customer care number is not even working since 2 days. Please help Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (1)

Yes. At last the courier Delhivery has picked it up. Its not delivered yet but says its on the way.

Did you get your tracking ID?

Could you please let me know when did you order and how long it took for delhivery to pick up the order once you received the tracking ID?

ordered on 24th Jan. Received tracking ID on 27th and Delhivery picked it up on 28th ( at least as per their website)

try talking with Unicorn customer care once but its most probably picked up and Delhivery didnt update at their end.

Have you paid the full amount at once or did you booked it through EMI?
I'm facing the same issue and there is no status about my order I ordered mine on 21st January through 6 months EMI.

Booked through EMI. Yesterday it got picked up by Delhivery and now it is in transit as per Delhivery web site. Did you receive any email from Unicorn saying that your order has been shipped with tracking id.. if yes then check that tracking id on delhivery website for latest updates.
