First thing we have to talk about the support they are providing you or not they have mentioned in the agreement that has been written in Black & White in the Agreement Copy . Below are the support system which have been mentioned .
1. On Regular basis they will give you the requirements.
Fact : I Have been getting enough requirements to work on, I will be very frank with you the Nos of requirements I am getting from Unidus Services is very high even with 4 recruiters team I am not able to serve the requirements.
2. On daily basis training support for day to day activities ?
Fact : There are 4 people are their from Head Office - Unidus Services who are supporting us on daily basis,
For your Knowledge I am writing their names also Rahul . Sanjit, Rachna and Sujit who are only dedicated for Franchisee day to day queries and for proper downloading for requirements apart from them Business Development Managers are also get in touch if required, even you can check it from any Franchisee owners who are associated with Unidus. Indirectly we are getting a lots of employees who are not on our payrolls .
3. Database Support . Portals like Naukri / Monster / Times / Shine .
Fact : When I have signed up wth Unidus I have only signed up for Naukri portals only but they have supported me with other portals also when if required means in support they give more also if situation want or required, my humble request is with you to please check with other franchisees also . For every year I have to pay the renewal amount which is not more than One Lacs for Potal database access.
So in Franchisee related business we have to see whether what they have promised you in written with support system they are fulfilling it or not .
Stop blaming any one and start looking in yourself how much time you have given it into the business, on daily basis have you interacted with the recruiters you have hired on which requirements they are working .
Any business require time and hard-work and control of that business I am not aware how much you have learned from that business that you have done .
I have one question from my side to you, Share me five requirements for which your team members have worked on and how you have helped them to close that requirements .
