This unidus services (manpower) pvt. ltd. blackmails franchise.
They take inr 5, 00000 from franchise promising them breakeven in 6 months and lesser. after taking a huge amount from franchise's they go on asking for further money saying that they will definitely get all their invested money back in coming few months. once you pay them then again before giving you your returns they will ask for your involvement. once you give your involvement they will ask for more involvement, till the stage that you give them your 100% involvement. now to give your 100% involvement you have to leave your job. but again when you leave your job and start given 100% involvement they will further ask you to give your 200% involvement.
This is the way these unidus services manpower people play torturing games with franchise. this is blackmailing. blackmailing for returns on investments.

I lost inr 6, 45, 000 to unidus services manpower pvt. ltd. because of this harrassing games played by these people.

As a precautionary measure to evryone never ever become a franchise o[censored]nidus services (manpower) pvt. ltd.

Unidus Services Manpower Customer Care's response Dear All [ Who ever has noticed this Compliant & all many more added before from Bipin Mohite ]

We have 20+ successful Franchisees running across pan India But only this Franchisee Owner Bipin Mohite is complaining & blaming us for Losses, WHY NOT OTHERS ??

The FACT is all other Franchisee owners are successful because they understand Business, They are involved in the day to day activities, monitoring operations & are aware of that their set of Recruiters are recruiting for which companies & for what roles.

Kindly ask Bipin Mohite, He never bothered to even speak to his Recruiters on the work & results.

Even he was aware while signing the Franchisee Agreement that like any other Business, even this Business would require Investments & any kind of investments in any sort of business are not refundable, also there is a clause mentioned in the Agreement to make it more transparent for the Investors that " FRANCHISEE FEE IS NON - REFUNDABLE "

In spite of this fact, he keeps Blaming us for his losses which he has incurred just because of his lack o[censored]nderstanding on how does an Business Operates, How one can make Profits from a Business.

Bipin Mohite sitting in Japan just wanted to make extra source of Income with ZERO EFFORTS, just by Investing in our Business.

If anyone out there agrees with Bipin Mohite that Profits can be made just be Investing Funds BUT without any efforts & involvement, Please reach out to us with Suggestions & Advises..

Updated by Bipin Mohite Don't talk about business you'll can't do any business is been proved. It took only 2 months for me to understand that your business is a TOTAL LOSS and whatever you said me was all LIES just to get INR 5, 00000 plus the overhead costs from my pocket.

Had I been convinced in these 2 months that your business was worth investing and I get INCOME same as I get here in JAPAN I would've left my job in Japan and looked into the business with complete concentration. But with experiencing your franchise it would have been a great madness from me if I would've left my job in Japan for your business.

There is no point in you blaming me for, If my involvement was so necessary the why did you'll take INR 5, 00000 from me?

You'll want a huge amount plus my involvement and in future more and more before giving me any RETURNS.

Don't just come and comment here. If you cannot give me back my money don't go on giving useless excuses and unnecessarily blaming me.
Talk about giving me back my money and stop wasting my time.
