I had made an order for the vobize wise5 phone, and payment was made with reference my order no. #37857on 14.02.2017 via paytm. I have not got my phone as on today. Regarding the same i had called and tried to mail for complain [protected]@vobizenmobiles.com but no replay. For your referance. My order no. #37857, Paytm case txn id #[protected]. I am order for one Vobizen mobile wise 5 on 9.4.2017 against order no. 123832 through payment of Rs. 614/- . Company will committed 29-49 days are coming the mobile. But unfortunately time is exceed till date I will not received or confirmation from you side. Kindly take necessary action and as well as delivery date promptly.
