Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have recharged successfully my telenor number [protected] through Paytm. The operator reference obtained via Paytm is[protected]. I have contacted Paytm and they told that the transaction is succesful at their end, so they cannot revert back and have suggested to contact the operator service provider. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    Please activate my block sim, which has not in use last 5months because i was meet with an accident and admitted in hospital therefor i were unable to use mobile phone so my sim was automatically block by telenor mobile company, now i am fine and want to active that sim because this sim no.[protected] was my old important number and this number i used for banking transaction and adhar linkage etc.
    I repquest you please consider my request and active my sim card.

      My [protected] has connected all social networks and it is also my personal number.

      But i unable to access it.
      No one unable to contact me

      When someone place a call to it, it replies "this number doesn't exits"
      Plzzzzz help me to reopen this number.

        After that i received a msg saying that i have successfully activated the cricket mania subscription pack.

        I tried calling customer care but unable to connect.
        And the call is ending automatically.
        Plz refund my amount and deactivate the service.

          reactivate my old mobile number

          My old mobile number o[censored]ninor [protected] is to be reactivated please help me in reactivating the number. I had purchased it from nagothane raigad maharashtra and afterwards like few months 2 or 3 so it stopped working... Please help because i have given that contact in many important documents.               My mobile number is [protected].
              On july 09, 2017 at 10:40 am i have recharged my number with rs. 115 (Unlimited internet pack), rs 128 (Talktime of rs 150) and rs. 11 (Local benefit).

              After recharging at around 07:00 pm in the night i saw my balance was just 0.19 paisa.

              So i did call telenor and after a long discussion the representative mentioned that there was wrong deduction on my account and he opened a case for it with sr no as [protected].

              After 2 days i checked online and found that case got resolved with below comments :

              "dear customer, as checked you were in roaming area and used our services without activating roaming pack on your number. Therefore the amount of rs.158.96 got deducted from your main account. Thank you."

              And this is completely wrong as i never went out of pune since last 2 or more months.

              Initially on call telenor representative mentioned that it was due to internet usage when i had discussed that i had already recharged number with unlimited internet then now telenor just tried to make it charges for roaming. Also during the call representative mentioned that its due to technical issue.

              So its directly looks as wrong deduction from my account and now telenor trying to adjust it as internet charges/roaming charges which is really disappointing.

              Please look into it and kindly refund the amount in my telenor number's main balance.

                I am jay prakash from kanpur (Up) i am having uninor / telenor no. [protected] last 4 or 5 years and i really want to know why my massages have barred??? Since a very long period i had made a lot of calls to customer care but still i don't got any satisfied answer?

                This is request to please confirm why it is happened? Now i want to convert my 3g sim to 4g but its being big issue because massage is not sent to confirm.

                SOME BODY MAKE A CALL FROM THIS NO - [protected] AND SAYING I AM TALKING IN BEHALF OF TELENOR CUSTOMER CARE THIS CALL IS REGARDING TO YOUR COMPLAIN AND TAKING MY DEBIT CARD NO TO RECHARGE OF RS 20 /- AND MAKE A PURCHASE OF RS. 4999/- AND TELLING ME TO SHARE MY OTP HE IS TRYING TO MAKE FRAUD WITH ME...I DONT KNOW HOW HE IS GETTING MY MOBILE NO ...IT IS REALLY BAD...THIS IS THE QUESTION OF YOUR COMPANIES DIGNITY...PLEASE CHECK THIS...AND RESOLVE MY MASSAGE BARRING ISSUE.

                  I have rechared in telenor rs. 88- unlimited 28 day, telenor to telenor, i checked the scheme in *121# no. After i recharge my sim..

                  But before 28 day my validity over.. Only give 21 day offer.. I know about the offer 88 rs -21 day
                  Validity but this are the special offer vality in 15.06.2017 dated and i recharged my sim 15.06.2017.

                  I have attached screen shot of 15.06.2017 massage see the attache file..

                  I[censored] not solve my problem i have go to consumer court..

                  I got message from telenor that 15stv recharge i will get 20p/min loc+std call for 60 days but when i recharged by *222*7*15# then it is saying for 28 days only.

                      I am using your network and my mobile number is [protected]. I am in Hyderabad. I paid Rs.75/= but without using your network you people are going on deducting from my balance. I hardly use my phone and you guys are chopping off my balance even my phone is in idle. This is more unfair business on your part. I need to go to consumer forum with respect to this. Please check up at your end and take necessary action. It is like a day light robbery on your part.

                      Secondly the net work is not good. I can not talk sitting at my home and I need to search for the right place where I get full netwrok.

                      I received only two calls on roaming that too less than 1 minutes and still my balance deduced all from my account. That is very serious and I need immediate attention to this serious problem
                      I'm so much angry that my whole balance is duducted without any reason from my number [protected]. No calls received on my number in roaming but balance is all lost. So please return my balance otherwise I'll take this matter to upper stage.

                        It is a big issue/problem during 5-6 months that a very very poor network of telenor whole day in that area espically when the light is not there please we are requesr you to solve the problem otherwise I change my sim and make my friend circle and relatives to change there telenor sim many times I have complain about this issue to customer care but there is not any action taken on this issue.

                              validity 90 days.

                                    I am very disappointed that i am very old user of telenor, today they deduct rs. 40/- as vas without asking me for the same.

                                    I don't want any kind of vas from your company. If this will not solve i will surely switch to other company. Also, will not recommend anymore to use this service.

                                    If you need any rest details, i have already emailed to customer care.
