Dear sir, Reg: atm withdral of rs.10000 on 23-10-17 from your atm at kottam branch I have a saving bank account with sbi kotananduru the account no [protected] with card no.[protected]. I made enquiry transaction on23-10-17 in your kottam branch atm in evening but my account had been dedicated as withdrawal of rs10000from my account in your atm. But i did not made any withdral on that date. The same had been lodged a complaint with sbi kotananduru and they have gave a statement and said that the transaction made with at ubi atm and amount was withdrawn. Then i enquired with the ubi kottam branch manager o[censored]bi kottam branch verified in cc footage and told that some other person had taken away the cash. But the cc footage was not clear and transaction was not rectified till date. Iam facing so much problem with this. So please look into the matter and reimburse the amount to my account as early ...
