Union Bank Of India — after repeated reminders on customer care about power adapter for 25 days it has not been resolved yet | |||
My swipe machine adpoter was damaged on 18 sep 2017 so loged the complaint with coustomer care on [protected] on 20 sep 2017 as u see it on ur sever it is still pending for 1month till date as per my repeated remaniders i m not provided with new power adpter as engineer has visited on 20 sep 2017 and requested for new adptor. I am not perform tranctions with different pay cards moverover business n my customers are suffering from this inconvinence!!! Plz do resolve my problem or i have close the account with union bank and shift other bank Was this information helpful? | |||
