Union Bank Of India — against clearing of cheques

I would like to inform you about the cheques that are presented in union bank of india high court branch on monday i. E[protected],[protected] and[protected]. Have not cleared till the day of[protected] we are facing lot of issues form our reputed customers as the cheques are not cleared even in 5 days of representation.
Also i gave many complaint regarding this issue but found no solution against my complaint,
We headed to the branch manager o[censored]nion bank of india high court branch for this issue he was unable to answer regarding the clearing of cheques n made two phone calls to their internal staff n found that there is no staff in their head office or any other department in which the clearing of cheques are done. So the manager o[censored]nion bank of india found that the delay against clearing of cheques was only due to non availability of staff.
I am attaching the details of cheques which was represented on[protected],[protected] and[protected].
So i kindly request you to fix this issue as soon as possible, or forcibly i need to close my account / switch to another bank. Do the needful, n acknowledge us as soon as possible.
