Union Bank Of India — Against the failure of transaction of 434.10 for filling the form of Chattisgarh P.S.C. due to technical Problem

Dear sir, my transaction is failed due to some technical problem from Union Bank of India, against the form filling of Chattisgarh P.S.C. on date 17/08/15 at 10:40 pm, but the bank show that transaction on date 18/08/15 & because of my transaction is failed so I complaint on U.B.I. customer complainst no. but, they said that the form submitted, & because of the last date of form submission, so I`ve done the same transaction from S.B.I. of the form application no. APL[protected] & the complaint no. o[censored].B.I. is[protected] of the acc. no. [protected] Name- Rahul Upadhyay
