I did a upi transaction on 14th november, amount debited from my account, but not credited to beneficiarys account.
I registered a COMOLAINT with union bank in November 25th, but still no action taken by bank.
I called union banks customer services many times,
They gave me complaint register number and said the issue will solve within 7 workimg days.
Today was 9th working day after register my complaint.
Every time they says your complaint under process.
