Union Bank Of India — Amount get debited from my account but didn't get credit into the receiver account

On 27/01/2021 at 1:59pm I have paid a amount of rs 6400 through UPI Google pay the transaction was successful but it did not get credited into the benificery (Amazon)account
Late when I contacted the Amazon for the refund they said that the didn't receive the amount as the transaction time was out and it gets failed so they said to raise a charge back form at union bank.i contact the union bank but they are saying they do not have any charge back form.
Even the Google pay also said to raise a charge back form through Union Bank each and every bank has charge back form I wand my money 6400 is very big amount fir me as I am a student and I have borrowed this money from my friend so please solve my problem and reverse my moneyon
