Sir/ma'am I ordered a denim jacket from amazon on 13th Nov 2020, the product delivered on 20th Nov 2020 ws not the product ordered(colour) so I returned it on 21st Nov 2020. Amazon issued refund on 25th Nov 2020 with the refund reference number[protected] and the amount had to be reflected in my bank account within 6-7 business days. Wherein its been 4 months I haven't received any refund amount! I have contacted customer care executive they keep on filing complaints and ignoring them no resolution is been given!
I urge you sir/ma'am to please look into the matter and give me a solution!

It is 5th of March I have not received my amount yet!
I want my money within 2 days I don't know anything its been months ive been requesting. Please look into the matter and solve it and credit my money

        Dear Sir,
        i had a balance of Rs 102980 till 16 feb2021 . since 16th feb amount rs 58280 is reflecting in my account statement as Lien Balance . I am Unable to understand why did Union bank of india hold my money . i tried to call toll free number and home branch executive they refused to resolve my concern as they don't have idea too. please look into my problem and try to resolve . as i have EMI's pending and i can not access my money .

          Dear Sir

          On 19th Feb. 2021 morning I renewed my health insurance policy, which is from Religare Health Insurance. Near about 11 am I logged into the Religare website and paid my premium Rs. 9330/- through Union Bank of India Net Banking from my A/C no.. The amount was debited from my Account, transaction Id is S54698940. At 2.18 pm I got an email from Religare the amount was not credited and the policy was not renewed.

          Today i visited my branch, one executive told me "your amount is not detected, we can't say where the amount goes, we mail to head office your query".

          Humbly request to do something and revert the amount in my Account please.

                My Name is Ravi Kumar And I had Ordered(A case cover) of Rs-235 in Amazon on 16 Feb 2021 and after 18 Feb 2021 i returned this order due to personal reason and on 21 feb 2021 Amazon intiated the amount to my card But i still didn't get the money
                Amazon sent this reference number (30005410481046099693347)and told me to fill charge dispute form but union bank of India doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent my card number is ([protected])

                    My refund from my Amazon pay account to my union bank debit card has been refunded on part of Amazon but not been credited to my debit card. It was expected to be credited between 14 to 19feb. There is no way to contact customer care o[censored]nion bank either since their all customer service numbers are out of order... Please help me out.

                          I have sent an amount of 13500 from Google pay on 30 Dec 2020 and on 1 st january the same was debited by saying failed transaction from recipient account.. when I contacted union bank, they told me to contact sender's bank. I contacted sender bank and they also told me to contact recipient bank since it got successfully credited and after 2 days it got debited without recipient consent. Please take action....

                          On 27/01/2021 at 1:59pm I have paid a amount of rs 6400 through UPI Google pay the transaction was successful but it did not get credited into the benificery (Amazon)account
                          Late when I contacted the Amazon for the refund they said that the didn't receive the amount as the transaction time was out and it gets failed so they said to raise a charge back form at union bank.i contact the union bank but they are saying they do not have...

                                Sir i had purchased a product from amazon. And accidently payment done by
                                bank upi. Than i cancelled that product. And purchase again and choose tha cash on delievery option. But still i didnt giet my refun which i payed to the amazon. Amazon customer care told me than they had sended money to my bank account but i didnt get my money. Product cost is rs.499 kindly take action againt union bank so that i can get my money i will be great thankful to you.. Thank you sir.
