My name is Patel Keyurkumar j
I ordered a product vivo v9 mobile from amazon on 27 th july18.in exchange offer
But there are some reason exchange verification was failed by amazon agent. I already payed amount rs 16, 825..after that I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund but yet i didn't get any message from my bank that for any transaction..-i called to amazon and they provide me a reference no.74332748215821449775046 i called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to amazon and discussed with this problem they advised to file charge dispute
