I did a transaction of rs.950 on 30th june'18 through "phonepe" app. The amount got debited from my bank account however beneficiary didn't received the same.
The amount has been debited didn't even get credited back to my bank account.
Its been a month now but i haven't received any confirmation. Whenever i called customer care those guys says amount is credited to beneficiary account however beneficiary didn't received the same yet

    The complaint is regarding a complaint already raised complaint number[protected]. I had ordered a product from Amazon on 9th July 2018 which came faulty so we returned it. The refund was processed by them on 13th July for an amount of Rs 1598.00 with a reference number[protected]. We have still not received any refund in our bank account. Contacted Amazon they said the reference number is proof of the amount being transferred in our bank account. When contacted bank Branch (Vishrantwadi) they said they will not be able to help us as we need to contact their customer care services over the phone. We did as we were advised but no help from them they just raised a complaint saying latest by 14th August we should receive a solution or the refund but nothing came back to us. We contacted the customer services once again they said that the complaint was not action ed so they have forwarded it again requested us to call back within 3 working days. We did that still no action taken so they forwarded the complaint once again. It is becoming so irritating that they just don't want to serve people & making the online transactions difficult.

      मी नीलकंठलक्ष्मण साठे, माझे union bank of india .branch shrirampu 413709. येथे माझे बचत खाते आहे तरी मी शेतीसाठी पीक कर्ज 2014 साली घेतले होते, तरी ते कर्ज माझ्या शेतीत नैसर्गिक रित्या झालेल्या हाणीमुळे मी कर्ज परत फेडू शकलो नाही, व ते कर्ज आता 2017-18 या साली ते छत्रपती शिवाजी महाराज कर्जमाफी योजनेत माफ झाले . व मला आता पीक कर्जाची अत्यंत गरज आहे, म्हणून मी श्रीरामपूर शाखेत गेलो असता मला त्या ठिकाणच्या कृषी अधिकारी, शाखाधिकारी यांनी तुमचे पीककर्ज होऊ शकत नाही असे उत्तर देत, एक महिना नसती फसवणूक केली तसेच कारण विचारल्यास ते सांगतात की तुम्हाला कर्ज मिळणार नाही, नेमकं काय अडचण आहे ही माहिती मला मिळावी, व पीक कर्ज द्यावे,
      अशी नम्र विनंती.

        Hi! I am ubi account holder and i tried to use digipurse. But i didnt know it was no longer supported by the bank. So called customer care and they told me to send the complaint on email. I did. But ist been a month, there is no revert back. So i tried several times calling the customer care they kept telling me send mails again. I tried but there was no revert. I want my money back! Head office wont help either. Thanks!

              I had withdrawn rupees 1010 through paynearby app (I. E. Aeps). But consequently transaction become failed and money was debited from my account. I had contacted paynearby customer care and they said

                    I entered the amount of rs 8, 000/- and 2nd time again entered the amount 1000/- total amount 9000/-but the machine replied as "request time out"... Cancel

                    After 15 minutes i checked my balance amount of debit my account...
                    But the amount was debited by my account...

                    We have submitted the complaint on the same day at the online and banks union bank of india...

                    Ubi is not responding me properly...

                    So please help me for this...

                        Sir, when we went to the branch o[censored]nion bank's own home branch, we were abused there and tried to get us out of the branch when we asked about this, how did you hit someone like this? If you can kill, then it is said from them that the bank has closed so we told them that you can take us from inside, but if you push someone like this then this is not right. And they told me to do what you have to do. We told them that you do not hit any customer like this, you can refuse to come in. But you can not hurt anyone when we complain about this sitting sitting there with the bank manager, he did not listen to us and said that we have to do whatever you have to do.
                        So, does sir union bank misbehave with this kind of customer
                        If this is the case with the union bank, please stop my account from there.
                        Sir, i feel that union bank of india does not need any more customers, so the customer is being beaten and beaten.
                        Sir, i have been running my account in union bank for the last 6 years.
                        Sir, do not you think at all that i am putting any blame on anyone, please, first of all, check the cctv footage of the bank.

                          I have applied for union bank irctc prepaid card in august 2016 and paid 500 rupees for that, but the bank is not sending the physical card. Everytime i send a mail, they are saying address is not wrong. But i will get a courier on every second day on the same address. If i would have been recharged the card with some 5000 or more, what would have been the situation? And 500 does not have any value these days?

                          I have applied for Union Bank IRCTC prepaid card in August 2016 and paid 500 rupees for that, but the bank is not sending the physical card. Everytime I send a mail, they are saying address is not correct. But i will get a courier on every second day on the same address. If I would have been recharged the card with some 5000 or more, what would have been the situation? and 500 does not have any value these days?

                                I withdraw cash from my union bank account through my atm card.. From punalur federal bank atm point.. My account are in pathanapuram union bank of india kerala india, but.. I didn't receive my cash.. Even aftr i entred my details correctly atm display windows shows a like "please contact your bank" so i just cancelled my transaction. And.. Move to dhanlekshmi bank atm near that federal bank atm.. And i got money, however my account was debited two times.. Including that cancelled transaction.. Kindly do the needful..

                                  One of the worst online banking portal I have seen. Unfortunately, I have taken an education loan from this bank but I am just waiting to get this loan cleared and do away from any touch points or connection with Union bank of India. I have been struggling to download the account summary statement from the last 30mins but thank to the awesome user friendly dashboard, I am still struggling.

                                      Post the changes made in the UBI website we are facing innumerable problems and above all the web site going off very often. As a consequence we were unable to pay the Prof Tax on time and had great difficulty paying Income Tax.
                                      Several mails and phone calls to the Mumbai office and senior personnel remain unattended as they do not care about the customers. The CMD makes a speech saying they have the best internet banking in India but the truth is that not a single customer will vouch for it nor will any of their staff in the branches.
                                      A shoddy software has been bought by UBI may be under coercion from some Finance Ministry officials. A thorough enquiry is imperative to ascertain why customers are being put through such difficulty by UBI.
                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Got this card in 2017 august and loaded Rs.5000 and with lot of difficulty booked few tickets and now when i wanted to close and get my money refunded its not working it always says we are sorry try after sometime but i get otp on my mobile...
