Dear sir/madam
I would like to imform you i am customer o[censored]nion bank of india.
Last 2 years of sept i was going for a transaction through ubi atm located here nala pani chowk dehradun uttrakhand,

I entered the amount of rs 8, 000/- and 2nd time again entered the amount 1000/- total amount 9000/-but the machine replied as "request time out"... Cancel

After 15 minutes i checked my balance amount of debit my account...
But the amount was debited by my account...

We have submitted the complaint on the same day at the online and banks union bank of india...

Ubi is not responding me properly...

So please help me for this...

    My name is shravan kumar gupta my bank account number - [protected]

    Sir, when we went to the branch o[censored]nion bank's own home branch, we were abused there and tried to get us out of the branch when we asked about this, how did you hit someone like this? If you can kill, then it is said from them that the bank has closed so we told them that you can take us from inside, but if you push someone like this then this is not right. And they told me to do what you have to do. We told them that you do not hit any customer like this, you can refuse to come in. But you can not hurt anyone when we complain about this sitting sitting there with the bank manager, he did not listen to us and said that we have to do whatever you have to do.
    So, does sir union bank misbehave with this kind of customer
    If this is the case with the union bank, please stop my account from there.
    Sir, i feel that union bank of india does not need any more customers, so the customer is being beaten and beaten.
    Sir, i have been running my account in union bank for the last 6 years.
    Sir, do not you think at all that i am putting any blame on anyone, please, first of all, check the cctv footage of the bank.

      I have applied for union bank irctc prepaid card in august 2016 and paid 500 rupees for that, but the bank is not sending the physical card. Everytime i send a mail, they are saying address is not wrong. But i will get a courier on every second day on the same address. If i would have been recharged the card with some 5000 or more, what would have been the situation? And 500 does not have any value these days?

            Sir
            I withdraw cash from my union bank account through my atm card.. From punalur federal bank atm point.. My account are in pathanapuram union bank of india kerala india, but.. I didn't receive my cash.. Even aftr i entred my details correctly atm display windows shows a like "please contact your bank" so i just cancelled my transaction. And.. Move to dhanlekshmi bank atm near that federal bank atm.. And i got money, however my account was debited two times.. Including that cancelled transaction.. Kindly do the needful..

              One of the worst online banking portal I have seen. Unfortunately, I have taken an education loan from this bank but I am just waiting to get this loan cleared and do away from any touch points or connection with Union bank of India. I have been struggling to download the account summary statement from the last 30mins but thank to the awesome user friendly dashboard, I am still struggling.
              Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I accidentally sent 13, 000 Rs. to a person in Tez on[protected] with Transaction ID: TRTR/[protected]/[protected]:18:33/UPI
              Is there any way of reverse transacting the amount. If such credit is possible then that would be good.

                Sir, i have booked a ticket from paytm but the ticket has been not booked because money has been not received by paytm but the amout of rupees530 has been deducted from my bank account.can yiu please resolve this soon.abd ket me know till what time can i get my money back in my account.i also have contacted to paytm so they said that money has been not transfered from bank.how long will it take to refund my money???

                  Post the changes made in the UBI website we are facing innumerable problems and above all the web site going off very often. As a consequence we were unable to pay the Prof Tax on time and had great difficulty paying Income Tax.
                  Several mails and phone calls to the Mumbai office and senior personnel remain unattended as they do not care about the customers. The CMD makes a speech saying they have the best internet banking in India but the truth is that not a single customer will vouch for it nor will any of their staff in the branches.
                  A shoddy software has been bought by UBI may be under coercion from some Finance Ministry officials. A thorough enquiry is imperative to ascertain why customers are being put through such difficulty by UBI.

                    Mere baba ji jaypal singh ji ka kcc khata a/c [protected] union bank of india sisauli dist. Muzaffarnagar mein tha. Ye khata bank vaalo ne 31 march 2016 ko bina cutomer request ke band kar diya or new term loan account [protected] start kar diya. Iska rate of interest bahut jyada hai. Apne baba ji ke 2016 mein marne ke baad mein jab bank mein loan ki jaankari lene gaya tab mujhe pata chala ki unhone bina customer request ke new loan term account start kr diya.
                    Mein ye loan chukana chahta hu lekin bank vale ache se marg darshan nahi kar rahe hai. Mein etna jayadsa rate of interest chukane mein asmarth hu.

                    Meine complaint lodge ki thi union bank ki customer site per lekin koi action nahi liya gaya hai esliye aapse meri request hai ki plz help me.

                        Rs.1836.00 dedicated from my account number [protected] on 19th July 2018 but amount deducted did not reach to atom agency hence no tickets reserved.
                        Therefore complaint lodged on 20th July 18 for refund.

                        This is for an early response.
                        In this context please note that second time when I again tried to get the reservation I got.
                        Therefore my account was debited twice but first time it was unsuccessful. Hence refund the money without any delay.

                            The staff of the bank said that timing of the bank is 10 to 15:30 and the transaction time is also till 3:30 pm after that they will not open the bank but according to rbi guideline the timing is different. The manager decline to provide RBI guideline. They closed the bank at 2 pm and opened again from 2:30 to 3:30 only and when requested to open the main gate they made misbehaviour. They write the timing of bank pic of which I am attaching with it. It hopes that you will take necessary action or I have to go further against the same.

                                Dear Sir, I have a UBI debit card- visa paywave. I have verified it by VISA. When I want to make payment through debit card online (online purchase ) it says authentication failed. I called your helpline and as per their instruction tried to register static password. That is also not going through. After filling all details and pressing okay, the blank screen appears with an instruction to fill details again. please let me know how to resolve this problem.

                                Secondly why UBI debit card is not registered for payments to odf Tata Sky bills?

                                  I have also checked payment status and it shows refunded but yet the amount has not been credited to my account.
                                  Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible . I will be thankful if the money will be refunded as soon as possible.

                                      Sir I paid my daughter's 2nd quarter fees by online but it was refunded. Again I paid on 16th of July with fine of rupees 5 still my fees receipt not generated I can't print the fees receipt now it shows fine of 10 rupees what is the remedy for this problem why should I pay fine I paid in advance still it shows rupees 10 fine it's not my fault why should I pay fine please resolve my problem Thanks

                                      I am union bank of india customer & my account no. is [protected]. I had payment axis bank account on date of 09/06/2018 amount of 2000. This amount deduct on my account but not transferred axis bank account. I complaint union bank customer care on the date of 12/06/2018 & complaint no. is[protected]. but bank not refund my amount till today.
                                      I have paid Rs2400/- through SBI debit card for 2nd quarter due of my ward Anurag Tirkey class -X uid- [protected] on 13.07.2018, but the status has not been updated till yet. The said amount debited from my account, the payment is done but the fees is not submitted yet. Kindly look in to the matter & provide a copy of receipt and oblige.

                                        Refund for Rs. 1248.00 was successfully processed on 29-Jun-18, Refund Reference Number is HSBCN[protected].balance was not available in my account.i have callmany to to bank customer care but no help from that side
                                        I want i amount as soon as poasible this amount comes from amazon.in they that the iniciate the amount but i didnt get it
                                        In 14.7.2018 I try to windrow 10000 after enter the amount it's goes to its Manu . Then I tried once again then it's show that password is wrong then I leave . After some time I have an message that rs 10000 is debited then from now I didn't get my money back what will I do
