Union Bank Of India — Atm refund for a pension account | |||||
We tried o remove Rs2000 on 16th august 2016 where the ATM said transaction failed but the amount was cut from the account.. according to ATM rules it gets refunded in 24hrs..which didnt happen.. then i logged a complain on 19/08/2016.. according to the complain we should get he amount refunded back in 7 working days.. its been more then that bt we haven got the refund back.. according to UNION Bank disgusting customer service where the advisor doesnt know the procedure and was rude on the call, he ddnt even understand a smiple english.. they even disconnected the call while i was taking to them.. now they want y mom to go to the main branch and get the procedure done.. just due to banks and their incomponent services a old pension lady is getting stress bcz she needs the money Was this information helpful? | |||||
