I Sri. Prabhu Nath Sharma customer in your Union Bank of India, Doriganj Branch(Branch Code 541524), Saran District (Bihar) my Saving A/c. [protected]. I withdraw from ICICI Bank ATM on Date 11/11/2014 of Rs. 10000/- (Rupees Ten thausend ) but not amount received from ATM machine and few minutes my registered mobile no [protected] give the massage Rs. 10000/- deduct my account. I have given the complain in customer care on Dt. 12/11/14 & he registered my complain (Complain No. 9013530) he said to me withen 7th working days return amount in your account but given time, amount is not return in my account. Again i called in the customer care & he said to me my complain are rejected & he give reject Ref. No. 530647 and he said to me, contact the branch. Next day I met to our branch manager and discuss this matter. He Wrote the complain & forward the mail the higher authority, and he said to me contact in branch after 15th days. After 15th days i met the Branch Manager but he said to me your complain are again rejected, and again you complain to RBI but this complain are chargeable of Rs. 500/- this amount deduct in your account.
