Dear Sir,
I am having HL loan from Union Bank of India from Karnal Main branch Karnal Haryana. My HL account number is [protected]. I was not took moratorium in covid-19 and i was not gave any request for restructured and same is showing in my cibil. i was raise so many complaints against this in branch, Emil, and on ombersement. But no solution some.
Please help to resolve this issue. i feel very embarrassing when some told to me yours 1 loan account showing Restructured due to COVID-19.
No one bank person help to in this issue. Please find attachment on 2nd page of EMI deducted from my saving account. Due to this my tenor increase by around 13 months and around 2.5 lakh pay extra.

      I had taken a loan of Rs.19, 50, 000 from the Chandra Layout Branch
      in 2009. The account was later transferred to Basaveshwara Nagar Branch.
      I had been paying well in advance and I had cleared the amount and the amount
      pending was around Rs.48, 000/- as on 29th July 2022.

      I got a call from the number [protected] on 29th July 2022 at 4.19 P.M claiming to
      be the Chief Manager of Basaveshwara Nagar Branch o[censored]nion Bank of India,
      later confirmed as Sreenu M on 30th April 2022.

      He asked me to pay 19, 000/- immediately or he will dub the loan account as
      NPA, which he eventually did, thereby blocking my S.B.Account [protected]
      in Vijayanagar Branch.

      He was not able to the exact amount of the pending amount to my representative
      and made her intentionally pay Rs.47, 000 and then Rs.1000. in cash
      for which I have the challan.

      I got an SMS from the bank acknowledging the payment of Rs 46250 an 1000. I called the person who did not give me a proper explanation.

      The man obviously seemed to be a mischief maker or ignorant, both
      dangerous for money transactions.

      Moreover, blocking my SB Account without any intimation is illegal and I
      request them to give me a copy of any correspondence regarding the same.

      I have requested for the original documents which I had submitted for the mortgage. He is not clear and asked me to go to some other branch which I refused and asked him to get it.

          Debit card not received since May 2022

          Hi,
          I opened a new account in March 2022 at Jeevan beema nagar branch, Bangalore
          I returned my debit card in May 2022 as I wanted to apply for platinum personalized card.
          The bank debited my account immediately for new card issue charges and it's July end and i never got the card. Now today customer service executive tells me that no card is issued on your account number.
          What is this stupidity....

          Sir i have paid 1810 rupees fee of kv ITBP of Shivpuri, MP on 17/10/2022 at 2.59 pm for the 3rd session, october, november and december. But due to some problems the payment happened done to KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN and transactions are successful. It's UPI Transaction ID is[protected].             महोदय निवेदन यह कि प्रार्थी अमरनाथ मौर्य पुत्र श्री रामचन्द मौर्य ग्राम ककरापार पोस्ट ष्यामपुर अलाऊपुर जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर का मूल निवासी है प्रार्थी ने अपने क्षेत्रिय बैंक यूनियन बैंक आॅफ इण्डिया षाखा जहाॅगीरगंज में मुद्रा लोन हेतु दिनाॅक 25फरवरी2022 को आवेदन किया जिस पर षाखा प्राभारी श्री जितेन्द्र कुमार जी ने मौखिक रूप से बताया की मार्च माह में क्लोजिंग है तुम 11अप्रैल2022 के आवे जब प्रार्थी अपनी दुकान बन्द कर 12अप्रैल2022 के बाद गया तो उन्होने 20अप्रैल2022 के आने को बोला फिर प्रार्थी 22अप्रैल2022 को पुनः अपनी दुकान पूरे दिन बन्द कर इनके केबीन में बैठा रहा अन्त में उन्होने वही प्राक्रिया दिखाई और दिन तय किया 02मई2022 को और अब 20मई2022 मुझे आने को बोला गया जब मैं पहुचा मेरा मुद्रा लोन के लिए चालू खाता [protected] खोला गया फिर नई तारीख 25मई2022 के साथ मुझे को वापस किया गया फिर 01जून2022 को फिर 10जून2022 फिर 20जून2022 को फिर 27जून2022 को मुझसे दो लाख रूपये मुद्रा लोन का 10प्रतिषत कार्य होने के पहले ही बैंक प्राभारी द्वारा घूस के रूप में मांगा गया जो प्रार्थी देने में असमर्थ था जिसके कारण प्रार्थी फाइल जोकि प्राभारी द्वारा अपने पास लगभग चार माह रखी गयी और जब प्रार्थी बैंक प्राभारी श्री जितेन्द्र कुमार की दो लाख रूपये मुद्रा लोन का 10प्रतिषत घूस की मांग पूरी नही कर सका तो दिनाॅक 13जुलाई2022 को प्रार्थी के ऊपर फाइल फेंकते हुए बोले की नही कंरूगा और बैंक परिसर के बाहर निकल जावें तुम अभी अतः श्रीमान् जी से अनुरोध है कि प्रार्थी उपरोक्त कथनो को संज्ञान में लेते हुए न्यायोचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें जिससे प्रार्थी को न्याय मिल सके प्रार्थी अमरनाथ मौर्य पुत्र श्री रामचन्द मौर्य ग्राम ककरापार पोस्ट ष्यामपुर अलाऊपुर जनपद अम्बेडकरनगर मो0न0.[protected]

                      Sir i submitted my sister's (UID - [protected])fee on union fee for quarter 2 (JUL - SEPT) on 14 july 2022, UPI Ref No.[protected].
                      The receipt was not generated . So i paid again on 17 July 2022(Rs.1810). Even after 72 hours of the second payment I haven't received the refund of INR 1800. Kindly help .

                        Dear Sir,

                        After giving complain and reminder after reminder no response from your side.

                        Shameless staff o[censored]nion Bank of India. Have you any shame. If yes then reply to my query and if no then Go to hell.
                        If within 2 days reply doesn't comes from your end then I am going to close my all three accounts of my family member.

                        I have opened an account no.[protected] in your bank at Gola branch, branch code 573663. I am sorry to inform you that the service of this branch is very very very poor. In this branch there is only 2-3 staff including branch manager and they all are inexperienced staff. I also want to say that they can't even provide ATM debit card and Online banking facilities. When ever we ask for ATM card, there answer is that ATM card is not coming from their head office and in online banking OTP is being not generated.

                        I just want to know that will I get ATM card and online banking or I should close my account from your bank.
                        I also want to say that the behaviour of branch manager through his costomer is not good.
                        I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and do the needful at the earliest. Also inform me that when will I get my ATM card.

                          Respected sir, I booked a wake up (brand) mattress worth 18, 872 through amazon order ID[protected], due to unsatisfactory i returned the product to them, their refund was escalated on 290ct 2 021 vide amazon reference number 20211030, my payment was made by union Bank account number [protected] and card no [protected], later on few weeks after i los t my card and obtained new card no [protected], few weeks later Amazon inf ormed that the refund was made to the original payment method to the old card no 6 [protected], after a la ps of 8 months the amount was not credited to my bank account. Me and my husband use to go to bank twice a week for the last 8 months a nd we are very much depressed and facing financial hard ship. I request you to kindly get the amount along with compensation to me at the earliest. Thanking you

                              I paid kendriya vidhyalaya fees by online (UPI) mode with Union Bank Of India online Fees Collection portal of Rs 1, 800 from Bhim UPI.My payment was showing successfull on Bhim app and My State Bank Of India's account Deduted the amount of Rs. 1, 800 on 15.07.2022 at 06:49PM. But The deducted amount not credited to kendriya vidhyalaya's UBI Online fees collection portal yet . And when i goes to check my payment status on UBI Online fees collection portal's Payment History page the message showing on the page that "Payment initiated But Not Completed" This message is still on the payment history page of the UBI Online fees collection portal . So I want my deducted amount's Refund to my State Bank of india's account as soon as possible . I have a Transaction id of this transaction. My account detail and Transaction id given below -

                                I have taken home loan in november 2021, that time bank people told there are no processing charges. Recently they have released some amount for additional expenses now they have charged 17, 700 rupess as processing charges without intimation on 14 june 2022. I went to branch they said they will refund it, till now I did not receive the money. If I am going to the branch simply they are saying it will take 4 days from starting.

                                Please help me to get my money back.

                                  Sir/Madam,
                                  I am the account holder of the aforementioned account number in your bank and through this letter would like to bring the following to your notice;

                                  1. That after several unsuccessful attempts to either reach the developer and bank to secure the possession of the flat, the complainant approached RERA and after successful pursuit of the matter a recovery certificate has been issued by the authority in favour of the complainant and against the developer. (Annexure 1 to be provided via email)
                                  2. That complainant approached Honorable High Court Allahabad seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus for a legal directive to DM, Gautam Budh Nagar regarding pursuit of recovery certificate issued by the UP-RERA in favour of the complainant and against the developer. The same is attached herewith as (Annexure 2 to be provided via email).

                                  3. That it is pertinent to above mentioned grounds that such an legitimate orders indicate a clear directive that loan liability is being defined at the end of developer and henceforth DM is responsible to close the account under the guidance o[censored]P-RERA.
                                  4. That due to circumstances arising from such actions the complainant’s financial condition has taken a heavy toll. Pursuing the matter for several years he has suffered monetarily and also gone through unimaginable mental agony of losing money while also not being able to secure his residence. It is pertinent to mention here that due to such handling of the aforementioned loan account, the CIBIL score of the complainant has went way below par barring him from availing any loans, thus further burning through his meagre savings.
                                  5. That the complainant has ailing parents and requires continuous medical care, not to mention his own health that has been deteriorating over time, thus putting him in dire need of financial assistance.
                                  Thus, under these circumstances I write to you to comply the high court order and take cognizance of the above stated matter, also appealing for restoring the CIBIL score of the complainant; at the same time it is being requested to withdraw the proceedings OA no. 765/2018 initiated against the petitioner herein, in the Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT-II), New Delhi.
