I did a transaction of 15000 on 6 nov 2017 through upi, it showed me a failed transaction but money got debited and it is also not credited in the account of receiver. I have also mailed the complete issue to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com but no response from their side.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as i am in urgent need of it.

    I was trying to book movie tickets on book my show.com on the 3rd of november 2017 via the bookmyshow app using my debit card. After incorporating the otp and password it showed that the booking could not be processed and transaction failed. Even then i was debited amount of inr 1443.9/- from my union bank account.

    On calling the customer care they said that the same should be credited within 24 hours but nothing was credited. Later they said it would take a maximum of 45 days which i feel is ridiculous as when i have used other banks debit cards and faced the same problem the amount was credited back with 3 to 4 days. What is the use of waiting for 45 days for a failed transaction and error on the side of the bank. I request to please look into the matter.

    Whenever I try to transfer fund from my savings account I have been told that this option is already disabled. pls solve this problem so that I can transfer money online.
    In my account debit 499 Rs for what purpose it was debited and I want my money return back

      I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 06 november 2017 1:32 pm. But not credited the money to my account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked ten times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 48 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

      In union bank upi app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint.

      Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbank and [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on same day, now its over 3days but not get a single response. Even, i have sent mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com with required app screenshots, but from them also not got a single response.

      I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. Else, i would have to twit to #pmo #rbi #unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

        Respected sir/madam,

        I lost my debit card on october 24th. I immediately informed the bank to block my debit card. They told they will reissue the new debit card 4 days later. After 4 days i got my new debit card which as expiry date as older date. I could not able to use the card because it was expired. When i contacted my bank again they told they will reapply the card again and you will get the card again in 4 days. I checked with bank again after 4 days. One of the bank employee told that you had asked for name in your credit card so it will take another 2 days. After 2 days i went and asked about the status then another employee told that the old debit card is not blocked yet so it will take another 4 days to get the card. I could not able to use any digital transaction without this card. Our respected prime minister is promoting digital india but we could not able to fulfill his promise. Please help us in resolving the issue asap.

            I have done the pos transacation for 1644 on aug 7, 2017 for insurance payment. But the transacttion was failed in the gateway. I have lodged the complaint with the bank on sep 1, 2017 but till now i have not received any solution till now. Every time i go to bank to enqure regarding the status they just say to wait and no resolution is provided till date.

                Association meet at bramhapuri where you visit with mr. Dass and invite

                Cost. I write you in the hope that you can persuade your warsa branch
                Manager to honor all the terms which you had commited with all o[censored]s

                  On 4 nov 2017 i added 339 rp to paytm wallet from my account no [protected] by debit card + otp but this amount not added nd got message 339 ammonut debited again i do the same 339 amount added to paytm but not added nd again got message 339 ammonut debited from my account no [protected] customer name renu yadav dob 02/07/1995 total amount 678 debited but after taking to many customer care o[censored]nion bank no one solve my problem.

                  Till now not resolve my problem I m a student I have money problem but Union Bank of India not understand customer's problem they debit my money but not refunded 😢😢
                  Could not pay fees of my son in kv nagaon assam on time...payment of oct. to dec.lies pending... i m trying my best to pay his fees online in vain

                      I opened new current account in july or august in union bank of india delhi road meerut, u. P the branch apply for my new cheque book but i haven't received my cheque book yet and the bank is saying we are not responsible for it. And saying close your account and open anywhere you want to sufficient.
                      That's why i am unable to transaction with my account properly. Please help me as soon as possible. Awaiting for your best solution.

                          I am a handicaped person. On 01/07/17 bank has been debited forcefully 1829/= inr excess from my ac with malad (W) branch mumbai. My reg no is [protected]. I requested bank more than 5 times in writting (Bank employee name mr. Anuraag sinha) that pl reply that for what reason they have debited the same amount. But he is avoiding from 1july 2017 to 03/11/2017. I am requesting to take strick action on him and req a refund. The slogan of bank is good bank for good people but the employee of bank is very bad in behaviour with the cliant.

                                Rs.3000/- from my a/c through atm no.[protected] through
                                State bank of india atm id bhbf[protected] txn no.53488369 at 9.25
                                Am but after 2 minitue at 9.27 am again rs.8000/- has been withdrawn
                                Through txn no 53491380 which i have not withdrawn.
                                Kindly look into the matter and claim rs.8000/- from state bank and
                                Credit in my aforesaid a/c

                                  I tried booking flight ticket from paytm. For making payment, i used union bank upi app money get deducted from my union bank account but paytm show transaction failure.
                                  I tried reaching out to paytm but they said they didn't get the money.

                                  So, if they don't get the money when and how i will get my money back.

                                    Payumoney. Complaint was lodged but refund is not available still now. I am attaching herewith the cesc feedback report in which the authority claims that no double payment has yet been received from their end regarding this issue. My contact no.                                       I gajmochan prasad shrivastava have an account in union bank of india anantpur rewa branch with account number [protected]. During midnight of 6th of may and 7th of may sunday i got four msgs of withdrawing money from my atm 4000, 10000, 10000, 5000 respectively and a total amount of 29000 was withdrawn from from my account. Next day morning i reported in police statin and branch about this incident. After investigation it was found that money was withdrawn by an unknown person in banda district uttar pradesh. Cctv footage was also brought. And bank branch manager too accepted that it was a clear case of fraud. But now when this case was sent to higher level for higher investigation they said that they do not found any avidence of fraud... Which is totally wrong. I am a retired senior citizen having no other source of income... Plz solve my problem a soon as possible...
