Dear sir/ma'am
I opened new current account in july or august in union bank of india delhi road meerut, u. P the branch apply for my new cheque book but i haven't received my cheque book yet and the bank is saying we are not responsible for it. And saying close your account and open anywhere you want to sufficient.
That's why i am unable to transaction with my account properly. Please help me as soon as possible. Awaiting for your best solution.

      I am a handicaped person. On 01/07/17 bank has been debited forcefully 1829/= inr excess from my ac with malad (W) branch mumbai. My reg no is [protected]. I requested bank more than 5 times in writting (Bank employee name mr. Anuraag sinha) that pl reply that for what reason they have debited the same amount. But he is avoiding from 1july 2017 to 03/11/2017. I am requesting to take strick action on him and req a refund. The slogan of bank is good bank for good people but the employee of bank is very bad in behaviour with the cliant.

        On 30th oct 2017 i was adding money to my paytm wallet trough upi money is deducted from my bank account and not added to my paytm wallet. Please help me with these issues. I have complaint on union bank official website but they did not collection back. They are not giving me any response. They are only giving tickets but not helping me.

            Am but after 2 minitue at 9.27 am again rs.8000/- has been withdrawn
            Through txn no 53491380 which i have not withdrawn.

                  I gajmochan prasad shrivastava have an account in union bank of india anantpur rewa branch with account number [protected]. During midnight of 6th of may and 7th of may sunday i got four msgs of withdrawing money from my atm 4000, 10000, 10000, 5000 respectively and a total amount of 29000 was withdrawn from from my account. Next day morning i reported in police statin and branch about this incident. After investigation it was found that money was withdrawn by an unknown person in banda district uttar pradesh. Cctv footage was also brought. And bank branch manager too accepted that it was a clear case of fraud. But now when this case was sent to higher level for higher investigation they said that they do not found any avidence of fraud... Which is totally wrong. I am a retired senior citizen having no other source of income... Plz solve my problem a soon as possible...

                        Today my father an 68 old man went to deposit money on his account but by mistaken he handover more money then the actual counter file. But, the moment he realized and intemate the tailer person about the issue, that person immediately left the counter by saying lunch break and after 2h all employees are back with an note of there is no issue. And behaviour was very very aggressive so that my father forced to left. This is how they behave with custmer. I request take it an issue on the brand of bank. For some unfair employees

                              Dear sir, you have to inform that i am a resident of shahir raza khan village post kuru, dist - lohardaga, jharkhand. The account of mine and other members of my family is in kuru branch. But here for some days many other customers like me in kuru branch are getting very inconvenience. This is because your worker is sitting at the cash counter for the last few months. He speaks directly in taking coins, there is no time to count. Where to complain i have not kept the bank to count the coin. All of these customers are quite hidden from such behavior. If such workers who are abused and harassed in this way remain in your branch then we will be very difficult to stay connected to your branch.

                                Dear sir/madam

                                I would like to inform you that my sister (Alka, acc. No.-[protected]) is a customer o[censored]nion bank of india.
                                On 04th of nov, 2017 around 12:30 pm she was going for a transaction through ubi atm machine located maa complex, nandnagar, natkhera road, lucknow, uttar pradesh - 226005.

                                She entered the amount of rs 20, 000/- but after some sound from atm (After 3 minute), the machine replied as "machine out of service"... Even she wait there near about 30 minute but nothing happened.

                                After 30 minutes more we checked her balance amount of her account from another atm then it shows "rs 20000 debited from your account"...

                                Then after waiting nearly 24 hours i. E on 5/10/2017 at 10:25 am we have registered a complaint online using mobile whose ref. No.[protected] in this regard, but nothing happened till now.
                                We have also tried submit the complaint on the next day at home branch of banks. But they denied to register complaint by saying "you have already registered complaint online"...

                                Now. Even ubi customer care and home branch is not responding us properly...

                                So please help me for this matter...

                                  Dear sir/madam, with respect to the above subject i would like to inform you that in 16th of october 2017 rs 941 got debited from my account (branch-kalkere, Bangalore) when i tried to pay a phone bill through paytm but the transaction was declined by the bank. I contacted the customer care regarding the same and i have recieved a complaint number. But the status is not intimated at all. I wanted to know when will I get the refund of the money as the problem was from the bank's server and I do not wish to lose my money for the same.
