Dear sir, you have to inform that i am a resident of shahir raza khan village post kuru, dist - lohardaga, jharkhand. The account of mine and other members of my family is in kuru branch. But here for some days many other customers like me in kuru branch are getting very inconvenience. This is because your worker is sitting at the cash counter for the last few months. He speaks directly in taking coins, there is no time to count. Where to complain i have not kept the bank to count the coin. All of these customers are quite hidden from such behavior. If such workers who are abused and harassed in this way remain in your branch then we will be very difficult to stay connected to your branch.

Sir I had add money in Paytm. I got bank transaction otp after enter the otp transaction failed but money has not added in Paytm but money was debited from bank pls solve my problem I want my money get back in my account

    Dear sir/madam

    I would like to inform you that my sister (Alka, acc. No.-[protected]) is a customer o[censored]nion bank of india.
    On 04th of nov, 2017 around 12:30 pm she was going for a transaction through ubi atm machine located maa complex, nandnagar, natkhera road, lucknow, uttar pradesh - 226005.

    She entered the amount of rs 20, 000/- but after some sound from atm (After 3 minute), the machine replied as "machine out of service"... Even she wait there near about 30 minute but nothing happened.

    After 30 minutes more we checked her balance amount of her account from another atm then it shows "rs 20000 debited from your account"...

    Then after waiting nearly 24 hours i. E on 5/10/2017 at 10:25 am we have registered a complaint online using mobile whose ref. No.[protected] in this regard, but nothing happened till now.
    We have also tried submit the complaint on the next day at home branch of banks. But they denied to register complaint by saying "you have already registered complaint online"...

    Now. Even ubi customer care and home branch is not responding us properly...

    So please help me for this matter...

      Dear sir/madam, with respect to the above subject i would like to inform you that in 16th of october 2017 rs 941 got debited from my account (branch-kalkere, Bangalore) when i tried to pay a phone bill through paytm but the transaction was declined by the bank. I contacted the customer care regarding the same and i have recieved a complaint number. But the status is not intimated at all. I wanted to know when will I get the refund of the money as the problem was from the bank's server and I do not wish to lose my money for the same. Kindly intimate me regarding the refund of the amount.

      At the time of setting UPI number, it is giving message that wrong debit card details, while I m giving all the correct information
      They misbehave with their customers and they do not do their work as well . I

        Sir i am madan gopal pandey i tried to draw rs 1000/- from pnb atm on dt 26/10/17 evening due to malfunctioning and intermittent atm and delay in key response i left pnb atm and went to nearby hdfc atm and rs1000/- withdrawn but in message to my mob number it is showing rs 10000/- debit. Which is to be refunded. I am under stress. Pls do the needful

                I linked my aadhaar card with my bank account in union bank of kolpewadi at dated 23 oct 2017, but on online i checked my aadhaar is linked or not. On union bank website then website say aadhaar is not linked.                   I have the debit card o[censored]bi which is to be expired after dec 2017. As i am currently living in bhubneshwar serving private company, it is not possible for me to reach home branch after expiry of my card.
                  Secondly there is no provision on banks website to apply for renewal of debit card online.
                  Hence can i get renewed debit card as like in other bank's bank who automatically send the fresh card before expiry of earlier one.

                    On 14.10.2017 at around 12.58 hrs, i had trying to withdrawn rs. 5000/- from atm o[censored]nion bank, near hotel jaipuriya, shivala, varanasi (U p). After inserting icici debit card and completing all required information, atm started counting of currency, but suddenly power was failed (Power resumed at 15.00 hrs, but that time i was proceeding journey from varanasi to allahabad). And all system was closed. However i have received sms that “rs. 5000/- debited” on my registered mobile no. But still i have not received revert money in my account.
                    Please look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                      I did a transaction of rs 5000/- from union bank account no [protected] to punjab national bank account no [protected] on 13/10/17 by union bank upi app. Amount deducted from above mentioned union bank account but not received in pnb account. I filed a complaint in their upi app and email on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com, but still not a single response received from both. Please try to refund my amount as soon as possible

                        Went to branch of below given address, security guard rudely telling to go to a nearby cyber cafe to get forms and open account or wait for 2 months for the forms, clerks are not answering customer queries, security guard is very rude and acting like he controls the bank.
                        Why bank is making customer wait for 2 months to open an account?
                        Why is security guard given this much authority?
                        Why there is no action on guard for telling people to go to cyber cafe and buy forms for account opening?

                        Bank should never refer any cyber cafe for bank works like account opening.
                        Please resolve the issue or the issue will be escalated further.

                          I am account holder o[censored]nion bank of india ([protected]) - melapalayam, tirunelvelli branch. I have done a transactionon 21/09/2017 for inr 4000 in idbi atm - id161901 (Vadapalani, chennai). Also i have received a message stating that, the amount of 4000 has been debited, but then the cash has not dispensed from the atm teller. Regarding this i have raised a complaint[protected]. It's been a month already, but i haven't get my money credited back to my account. Also i have called customer care regarding this issue, but wasn't respond properly. Kindly do the needful.

                            It has been worst experience with this bank. The way they treat their customers. I have been struggling to get internet banking activation process. When i have tried through internet to get new registration the site has thrown the message like kindly contact the near the branch though when i visited the branch (Chikodi) and explained about the query they still asking me to go online request for internet banking. Please some one look in to this issue.

                                I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 13th 10 2017. But not credited the money to my friends account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked ten times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 48 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

                                In union bank upi app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint.

                                Then i send mail to [protected]@unionbank and [protected]@unionbankofindia.com on same day, now its over 4 days but not get a single response. Even, i have sent mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com with required app screenshots, but from them also not got a single response.

                                I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common man's problem. Else, i would have to twit to #pmo #rbi #unionbankofindia, will be my last option along with all attached proof.

                                  I have successfully created a digipurse account and i added rs.500 in to the wallet on 17th oct 2017. But the amount has not been credited in wallet account, also when i try to open 'view card' / 'view statement' menu, application is showing the following error.

                                  There are no replys to the mails which i sent twise to the customer support. Also i called to the no. Mentioned in the application. But i got a reply from support person that digipurse support is available only via mail, which already has no response...
                                  Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I am abhijit sarkar, a consumer o[censored]nion bank of india, dankuni branch, hooghly. I had been done a transaction through upi o[censored]nion bank of india upi app on 14/10/2017 of rs. 5000 from my current a/c. The transaction was showing as failed but the amount had been debited from my account and surprisingly that was not credited into the benificiary a/c. I was then connect to customer care of the particular bank but they straightly told that they were unable to solve any types of issues related to upi system. Also they told to wait minimum 2 working days, after that it will be automatically return into my a/c.
                                    Already 6 working days gone still the issue remain unsolved. Neither the said amount had been credited in my a/c nor it's credited into benificiary's a/c. It's a worst experience using upi payment system for me.

                                      21 oct 2017 i was paid my airtel bill from to my airtel app
                                      Balance deduct from my debit card and bill payment was not done.
                                      I am requesting to you please refund my balance rs.363
                                      Why its hepppend this is my second transaction fail.
