Hi I am M CHANDRASHEKAR I had deposited the money i.e, 16000 to the bank account [protected] in madinaguda deepthisreenagar branch at Telangana 500049 on 27th may 2022 at source of deposit machine.

Money has deposited in the machine but not reflected to the account till now .please kindly solve the issue

    I paid kendriya vidyala fees through UPI my money is debited but payment status on Your site is showing Initiated but not completed and I haven't received my refund from 2 days plzz solve this issue As soon as possible

      Dear Sir,
      I’m lost my passbook and debit card during travel. Then I call to union customer care and blocked my debit card and upi I’d .
      After 1month Coming hometown and visited union bank home branch for kyc update and applying for new debit card. Banker checking my account and they says you’re account is debit freeze. I’m asking to banker why this happened they says we don’t know. Then I login net banking portal for checking reason of debit freeze. I got lien amount Says 5000 Fraud chargeback Raises by HDFC bank .

              Im Mohammad waseem akram holding account in union bank of india in Sadasivpet branch ac [protected] i have facing so much issue while communicating the branch staff the staff was rude and they take lunch break that is more than a hour and we have to wait for them to finish their lunch Do your bank allows to them to have lunch ? I have send u the proofs of having lunch at working hours

                  Sir my name is Dumpalavigneshwarreddy.I have an account in union of india .l lost my debit card recently.i called Custmer care they bolcked my card.they gave me an request number.with that number I went to the bank near me .it is not my account branch.i went to bank to get debit card.but they are asking me to go to my account brank. But it is far away from me.they are not providing me debit card.recieving customer is not in good manner. it is hanamkonda branch
                  .near police station.customor care said you can go to any branch near you and get debit card.but they are not providing.me . please take action
                  . mainly receiving of customer is not good.

                        I had a balance of 920 rupees till 31st July 2099. i am unable to deduct the amount. And its still reflecting in my Account statement as Lien balance.
                        i am unable to understand why did Union bank of India hold my money.

                          Sir my name is yash kumar and my student account was in corporation bank which is now merged with union bank of india. There came a time when my account balance became zero. After sometime, keeping 0 balance in it, lien marked charges got deducted due to which my account went into negative balance. Even after having zero balance account, my account balance is still negative but at this time I am not in a position to pay any due money to bank, please forgive the negative balance of my account and close this account as soon as possible. Due to dues amount pending my CIBIL score has become bad, it is causing me a lot of trouble.

                                  On the 7th June 2022, I used my Union Bank of India Debit Card to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from the ATM(Bank of Baroda at Robertson Road); the money was NEVER dispensed from the machine. However, the money was debited from my account though. I went to the Frazer Town Union Bank branch and & they raised a complaint with complaint ID - ATM[protected]. Today, when I went to follow up, the bank is suggesting me to go to RBI & raise a complaint with them.
                                  Why am I supposed to run around for the money that I never received from the ATM machine?
                                  Also, bank states that there will be charges of Rs. 590 if they raise another complaint from their end.
                                  Can someone please help resolved this so I get a refund of my money ASAP.

                                    I'm kishore that i want to share my problem with higher authorities but grievance cell is not working.please make it operational as this is the only hope for consumers to address the issue which is usual bank staff not bothered about.
                                    I'm very unhappy with my home branch working system, this is the only reason why I stopped using this account.
                                    Again I met the day which i don't want in my life again I went my home branch for some problem same response not at all changed.
                                    Sir please make grievance cell operational, although i shared my problem with union Bank mail id
