Sir,
A sum of rs 500 was deposited on dated 4/9/2017 by cash in a/c [protected] for the account holder satya vrat dwivedi. A sum of rs 228 was debited. One enquire about the same, i was informed that amount was debited for annual atm charge for year, while my account type is jan dhan yogana gor which no such charges are applicable.
I request you to please solve the issue, and refund the debited amount as soon as possible.

आवेदक का खाता वाराणसी जनपद के लहरतारा शाखा में खाता संख्या [protected] है, उक्त खाता को जन धन योजना के तहत[protected] में खोला गया । खाता में 4/9/2017 को ₹500 जमा किया गया जिसमें से ₹228 एटीएम शुल्क के रूप में काट लिया गया ।
महोदय क्या जन धन योजना के तहत खोले खाता से एटीएम शुल्क लिया जाता है?
कृपया उक्त प्रकरण को संज्ञान में लेते हुए अतिशीघ्र कार्यवाही करने/कराने का कृपा करें।

    Ysterday tht is around 6pm i usd hdfc atm card tried withdraw 1500 rs my moneu deducted i got msg to but i didnt recived money wfrom your atm, then checked with securtiy guy he asked me to chk once cash may struk in atm so uesed once again again 500rs gone hwever 500 rs revrted bt 1500 stil nt recived i raised complaint in hdfc ref 1393910

    I have only proof CC tv fotage and the complaint ID also and my message i attached my pic, I shared thi because i not getting proper response from any of you When i called UNION bank cc tema they pushed met Hdfc team also i called hdfc team they now saying we need 7 working days because of your neglegency and worst service im facing issue now, i agree the money is less 1500 but its more for me,

      This is my order details. I had ordered it on 17th but due to some reasons i cancelled my order. I have talked to the customer support of flipkart and they have said that they have already sent the refund amount to the bank, but still the refund amount has not been reflected in my account.       I have a joint account along with my son in shahdara delhi branch. Account number is [protected]. I have changed my son's name. Today i went to the branch for change of my son's name in the account. I was asked to meet mr. Gandhi. When i told him about my concern, he said what's the need to change the name. You people do such foolish things and we have to take load, secondly he said you can't change the surname. I replied that i can change surname of my minor son. He started misbehaving and took me to the deputy manager ashwani sharma. After listening he replied that name can't be changed like this. I replied that i have all the required documents and you do the formalities. To this he said that he has no time for such foolish issues. I replied that if this is the way you behave with your customers than i want my account to be closed. He replied that he has 60000 accounts in his branch and after that he started using abusive language.
      I felt deeply insulted by their behavior and i want strict action to be taken against them, so that they don't repeat the same behavior with other customers and don't bring bad name to great institution like yours.

      I susanta kumar mohapatra bearing Account No. last digit 2349 Union Bank OMFED Bhubaneswar odish transaction two times 425 & 425 all are shown failure but simultaneously debited 850 rupees and not paid my Tata Sky Transaction Account [protected], last 04 months 04 to 06 times I have faced the same problem.

        I have sb account with union bank of india, ronit arcade, s v road, poisar-kandivali west, opposite mtnl poisar. My sb a/c no. Is [protected]

        On 20th july 2017 at about 11.56 p. M. To 12.00 p. M. A sum of rs. 45, 000/- have debited by union bank of india, s. V. Road, poisur kandivali branch from my account without any intimation. I got message regarding this on my mobile. The very next day, i wrote a letter to union bank of india, s. V. Road, kandivali (West) regarding this. The manager told me that they will credit this amount to my account within 15 days, but till they have not given this amount to me.

        Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

          आपको विदित कराना चाहता हूँ कि मैंने यूनियन बैंक महात्मा गाँधी मार्ग हरदोई-241001 में बचत खाता खोलने के लिए 19/08/2017 को ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया था
          जिसका क्रमांक नO- [protected] है और 23/08/2017 को बैंक में जमा कर दिया बैंक कर्मचारी ने मुझे 02 दिन बाद आने को कहा 02 घंटे में खुलने वाले बचत खाता के लिए 02 दिन का समय क्यों ? जब मैं दो दिन बाद भी गया तो सर्वर की समस्या बताकर खाता खोलने से पल्ला झाड़ लिया उसके बाद 23/08/2017 से मैं चार-पांच बार जा चूका हूँ लेकिन बैंक हमेशा कोई न कोई बहाना बना कर टरका देती है दो बार तो मैं सर्वर ना होने के कारण वापस आया उसके बाद भी आज 04/09/2017 को सर्वर न होने कि वजह से एक खाता करीब 12 दिन बीतने के बाद भी नहीं खुल सका आज 09/04/2017 को तो बैंक की एक मात्र महिला कर्मचारी ने बचत खाता खुलने के लिए चार से पांच दिन का समय लगने की बात कह दी तो क्या अब बैंक में एक बचत खाता खुलवाने के लिए पांच से दस दिन का समय चाहिए ? अगर नहीं तो ये बैंक ऐसा क्यों कर रहा है ? क्या करेगी ये बैंक ?
          इसके लिए मैंने दो बार क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक कानपूर से उनके टेलीफोन न[protected] पर शिकायत की पहली बार तो उन्होंने मुझे आश्वाशन दिया लेकिन बैंक के कर्मचारियों के जूँ तक नहीं रेंगा उसके बाद जब पुनः इसी न[protected] पर शिकायत की तो क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक ने चौंकाने वाली बात कही कि मैं इसमें कुछ नहीं कर सकता ये सब बैंक की शाखा के ऊपर ही निर्भर है मुझे इससे कोई लेना देना नहीं है !
          अगर एक अधिकारी भी बैंक से कोई जवाब नहीं मांग सकता तो आम आदमी क्या करेगा ?
          इसके अलावा एक शिकायत नO[protected] पर शिकायत करने की कई बार कोशिश की तो सिर्फ कॉल उठा कर के होल्ड पर रखने के 10 मिनट बाद कॉल विभाग की ओर से काट दी जाती है ये प्रक्रिया बार बार होने से मैं दंग रह गया !

                    Hi. I am praveen singh. She is my sister (Meena singh). I went cash withdraw in union bank atm purani sabji mandi chowk azamgarh 276001 near icici bank.

                    I got cash 14000 but the cash was not found and the money was cut from my account whose account number [protected]. I called toll free and wrote a complaint letter in union bank, even though my money did not return to my account.
                    Money came out on 22/08/2017 but has not returned yet.

                      I am having my saving account with union bank akurdi branch, nigdi, pune 411035. Bank ifsc code ubin0562637 having account in union bank since many years, incidence took place on 23 august 2017 on wednesday when i deposited amount of 17000 rs through cash depositing machine, due to some problem in cash depositing machine, my transaction declined this was not notice by me and i left the machine and went away as i have to attend emergency patient waiting for me as i am doctor, after money not deposited i enquired on next day that is 24 august, bank staff said that they will check and it will get deposited on monday as bank was having consecutive three days holidays, so i waited till monday but there was no deposition of money in my account so i enquired on 29 august and bank staff said they will check cctv footage let me know, later after seeing cctv footage they came to that my money was stolen by person behind me, after my transaction get failed.
                      So i want my money back from union bank on following basis
                      1) theft took place within bank premises from cash depositing machine
                      2) if your machine was out of order you should have mentioned there, so such incident would not have happen, it's there negligence
                      3) it's your bounded duty and responsibility to compensate is any such incidence occurred in your bank premises
                      4) lack of security issue no cctv outside bank
                      I have also lodged fir with police.
                      So i request you to immediately refund my as early as possessible as having severe financial crunch, please do needful,,, i am also sending soft copy of document.

                        This to u inform that any married girl if want a/c open so her documents not tramsfer from born place, but they have submitted documents her husband name address proved, like addhar card mention her husband name clearly with address clearly, with addhar card she submitted residential proved issued by local elected member (Pradaha) and submitted voter id card old address and old surname. But she wants to account with two surname. But bank official said you firstly change your id proof then you come to bank for account, opening. I have understood documents clear said husband surname and father surname. So i have not understand that what i doing.

                          मै २२/०८/२०१७ को यूनियन बैंक के एटीएम (पुरानी सब्जीमंडी आजमगढ़ नियर आईसीआईसीआई बैंक) के पास से पैसा निकलने गयी थी. मेरा पैसा नही निकला पर मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा कट गया. मै टोल फ्री नंबर पर कॉल कि जिसका शिकायत नंबर है ''५७३८४३६३''.

                          मेरा पैसा मेरे अकाउंट में वापस अभी तक नही आया है.कृपा कर के मेरी मदद कीजिये और

                            The Staffs in your Bank( Branch - Mahura ), are so irresponsive that even Verification of NEFT/RTGS process takes 3 days or even more.
                            The Bank was Functioning very well previously, but now they are so lethargic that they barely do a job Perfectly.

                            We are students we have to attend classes and have other headaches too, but I don't know why the Bank Staffs start behaving like they are our teachers.

                            The worst thing happened that when the Peon of the bank sent the junior students to prepare photocopies of the Verification forms and other documents.

                            Does Union Bank doesn't even have the sufficient funds to prepare photocopies also?

                            So this is how a bank functions?

                            Even the Bank Also gets closed by 3:00pm?

                            If this is how a bank functions. Then May God save your Bank.

                              I already submitted complaint against the staff response towards the customers. And now the manager sir is also unavailable at the bank. This was my third visit to the bank in regard to meet the manager... Bt he is not available.
                              What a bank sir!!!
                              Really hats off to you all... Undisciplined employees... Unavailable officers...😑😑
                              And another question sir..

                              Mr y. Srinivasa rao clarified that it is so... And what is ur clarification??

                                In my savings a/c with chittaranjan park branch, new delhi had many suspected transactions of withdrawals and deposits from 11.30 pm of wednesday
                                (19/07/2017) till 10.19 am thursday (20/07/17). I have lost rs. 16, 000/-, i have complained to police station but they are still not taking an action
                                Also i have complained to my bank branch manager o[censored]nion bank of india branch c. R park but they are not responding me correctly.

                                  Mr j. Srinivas rao has been so rude and ambarossed me for asking him to allow me to pay my college fee by issuing me a loose cheque.
                                  He along with another staff made fun of me for not knowing the rules.
                                  Is this the way ur staff behave towards the customer???
                                  Old teach ur staff and train them in communication skills.
                                  It's very important.
                                  Recruit ur employee who knows the local language also... At least understand and reply back in english.
                                  There is another man who don't know telugu and no fluency in english.
                                  Little yoga is also needed for them.. To acquire patience.

                                    I am kalidas humbe tha proprietor of central telecommunication. I having current a/c with your bank name :- central telecommunication ac no - [protected] i want to increase my daily transfer (Neft, rtgs, ubi to ubi or imps) upto 50 lack. As per my local branch tell me i had given written application to my home branch at alandi before 20 days ago, my local branch tell me that your limit has been increased from our side but reality is limit is not increased at all because of that limit problem my whole business is going down so kindly check it an urgent basis.

                                    And another thing is i regularly follow up of branch manager or executive but any one is not responding us.

                                    [protected] this is alandi branch landline number but i thing this number only for show piece not for answering many many time i try but i cant get answer.

                                      Sir,
                                      I am ashutosh kumar singh hereby complaining about the irrational behaviour during the file processing of car loan. As per the requirement all the documents/guarantor/references have been fournished. Referral calling/physical address verification by the same person (Mr. Pankaj bansal) has been done. During the visit in between the conversation mr. Pankaj bansal deliberately emphasized that party has to bear in all means as there is no other way and even in loan matters you cannot complain. As per the plan we have to collect the check on monday (28/08/2017) and also confirmed by mr. Pankaj bansal and bank manager both in the bank premises itself. I went to bank on monday they told collect your check/dd after lunch as i returned back from the bank after 10 minutes i received a call from mr. Pankaj bansal that loan approval will take another 20-25 days. Then i again visited bank to know the reason, then he said that my civil score is below 700 it is 693 which was known from the very first day.
                                      Since i am banking with ubi since last 7.5 years (Salary account), i can't understand what the staffs (Bank manager and pankaj bansal) actually want to process my car loan file. If they are expecting a bribe then i am the wrong person.
                                      Kindly look into the matter with each details.
