I m rishi keshri ac. No.[protected] wants to drawn your kind attention about the matter i went to the bank from raniganj branch (W. B) with some coins for deposit. Then the manger of this bank fob off me from deposits nd also told me balefully that you haven't need acct. Here nd told close acc. Go to other bank for open an account. Plz requested plz solve it......

Myself Trupti Gaikwad have saving account with Union Bank of India, branch:- Khadki (IFSC CODE : UBIN0538841 ) . In my account I had balance of
balance Rs 38000 on 20th march 2017.

There was transfer of Rs 38, 000 in midnight from my Bank account in following manner and I received multiple message of money transfer

I dharmendra maddheshiya s/o om prakash maddhesiya from deoria. To support smart india and also save our time i have a transaction on date 09/08/2017. Time : 14:47. But money is debited my account and the receiver did not receive money from me. And showing transactionis failed.

I did transaction of RS.7670 through UPI android app on Date : 09.08.2017 Time : 14:38:49.
Transaction status was showing failed but amount of RS 7670 debited from account and not credited in other account.
I contacted customer care they "no service for UPI transaction issues", so
Next day I contacted my branch manager...

As i had raised the complaint but still i didn't got the any feedback yet please accomplish and feedback about the complaint means the result of the complaint as soon as possible. And help for getting my amount back as soon as possible.

Worst branch of yours is in nagadenahalli, doddaballapur - gitam university branch. Staff here are so worst that they won't bother about customer and only rely on their convince. Here no cash will be accepted and branch operates on the instructions that they implement on their own for staff's convenience. Action should be taken so that no one faces such difficulties....

As i already mentioned i have by mistakenly entered wrong virtual address.
