Myself Trupti Gaikwad have saving account with Union Bank of India, branch:- Khadki (IFSC CODE : UBIN0538841 ) . In my account I had balance of
balance Rs 38000 on 20th march 2017.

There was transfer of Rs 38, 000 in midnight from my Bank account in following manner and I received multiple message of money transfer

1. 20th March 2017 @ 11: 35 PM Rs. 20, 000
2. 20th March 2017 @ 11:37 PM Rs. 4000
3. 20th March 2017 @ 11:38 PM Rs. 1000
4. 21st March 2017 @ 12:05 AM Rs. 10, 000
5. 21st March 2017 @ 12:10 AM Rs. 2000
6. 21st March 2017 @ 11:30 AM Rs. 1000

As of now i am not having any kind of net Banking, Mobile Banking with Union Bank. When I visited to Union Bank of India branch, the branch manager told that your money has withdrawn by using the Debit/ ATM card, But the card was with me only. And the transaction was not done by me. And I had notice the messages as if the money is transferred or debited the SMS should show the details of the same but it did not and also the SMS of date 20th March 2017 the money transfer but it shows the date of 21th March How? Want the answer from the bank.

After that I logged complaint with Commissioner Office Cyber Cell Crime and local police station Vishartwadi on 22nd March 2017.As per the local police the debit card has been clone.

As per the bank manager Amiya Kumar (mobile no :- [protected]) the amount has been withdrawn from Union, ICICI and Axis bank ATM of Mumbai. But now there was no positive response from his side from last 4 months. But now according to him we should loge complaint to RBI for getting my money back. According to him it’s our responsibility to loge the complaint here and there. The money has been gone from my account as the irresponsibility of the bank so now its bank responsibility to get the money back to my account as soon as possible.

I have attached the screenshot files of the messages which I have been received on 20th March to 21 March 2017.Please refer the messages carefully and answer my question is

How its possible the money is transferred without showing any account number or any OTP but as per above the bank branch manager Amiya Kumar the transaction is done by using the Debit Card but how is it possible if the card is with me only and even if the transaction has took placed the dates should be shown properly its wrong please refer the screenshot of 20th March the money has transferred 0n 20th march but it shows 21th date please see carefully its a request From last 5 Months struggling with bank & police to get +ve result. It’s a humble request please help to get money back ASAP


I am too foretasted and disappoint of bank behavior.
Kindly suggest what we should and please refund my amount ASAP.

I had raise a compliant in 21th March 2017 about my fraud transaction still I did not received my amount bank account. Lot of time I had spoken with Union bank team they guys are not responded to complaint properly. I need my money created yo my bank account as soon as possible. Kindly I am requesting you to help me on the same to resolve my complaint.

The Only request to the bank and also the RBI to get my money back as soon as possible.

Of the transaction is[protected], 13139, [protected], 8130 and third[protected], 22999 if you have any possibility then make a concern about it i am highly thankful to you

        The customer service is very rude so even i had to talk rudely. And then he blocked my phone banking pin.

          Hi,
          I have a complaint against the cheif manager o[censored]nion bank of india, sector 16, b-block noida. Today (Monday 21/8/2017) i went to the same bank branch regarding government mundra loan for startup business, i asked him for details of loan procedures but instead of helping us he claimed the bank only give loans to reputed companies by the reputation or brand name of the company.in that case i would like to know what the use of government policies and why government make startup loan for new companies. The chief manager i don't his name but he was very rude and disrespectful. I hope there is someone efficient in government banks who can take action against such #, who is not worth of their post.

            Sir,
            I dharmendra maddheshiya s/o om prakash maddhesiya from deoria. To support smart india and also save our time i have a transaction on date 09/08/2017. Time : 14:47. But money is debited my account and the receiver did not receive money from me. And showing transactionis failed.
            Plese help me sir as it is possible. That's money is my yonger brother college fee (35000.00). Before this complaint i have done alot of complaint to ubi upi and also submited a application to our bank ubi (Union bank of india, deoria).
            After this i could not get any responce from bank or upi.
            Sir, today is 20/08/2017 and now i felt very sad and tears in our eyes. I belong to rular area how it is difficult to survive ourself and send money for yonger brother studies. Please please help me as it is possible.

I called to customer care but they did not take action. I visited home branch also butbi did not get any response.                         I did transaction of RS.7670 through UPI android app on Date : 09.08.2017 Time : 14:38:49.

                            Worst branch of yours is in nagadenahalli, doddaballapur - gitam university branch. Staff here are so worst that they won't bother about customer and only rely on their convince. Here no cash will be accepted and branch operates on the instructions that they implement on their own for staff's convenience. Action should be taken so that no one faces such difficulties.

                              As i already mentioned i have by mistakenly entered wrong virtual address. I know its my mistake that i should check address before doing transaction but at least customer care should respond to the query because i am geniune customer and it just first mistake but they dont even care to respond when i call to customer care they says mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com. They cant help me. I mailed this adress since last 1 month but i didnt got any response. The amount is not minimal. Please at least respond to my query.

                              My virtual id is vaishali. [protected]@unionbankofindia. I have initiated a transaction for [protected]@sbi on[protected] for amout 10000 rs. But i entered virtual address by mistakenly wrong. Kindly reverse my transaction and find attached sms for reference.. Kindly revert as soon as possible.

                                I am having a saving accountno: [protected] with union bank of india, kesar ganj, ludhiana in the name of sanjeev kumar.
                                I had requested many times for updation of my mail id with my account and had submitted form as per bank proforma of my mobile no. & email id. But they have not updated my mobile no. & email id with my saving account. I have take a sip plan with this bank already and i am not sure my sip is stop & continue. Because i have not received any sms for deducted amount of sip & others payments.

                                  I've availed an education loan for uk higher education in union bank of india. The loan sanctioned letter given is not approved by experts because it highlights certain points that it implies the loan is not yet sanctioned. When requested for a feasible format me and my father were shouted at. This is not a response we'd expect from a professional with 35 years of experience. Unnecessary attitude and arrogant behavior is not something an official can exhibit. All our kind requests were turned down along with a series of shouting and slamming of the telephone. He is unapproachable and highly insulting. We are people with needs but still expect basic courtesy and respect from the officials too. This is highly insulting and unsatisfactory. It would really be helpful if these points are considered and corrected sooner.

                                    SIr,
                                    I had already load mpassbook in my mobile, This was work properly. But a month later my mobile was formatting due to some problem.After that I Download this app in my mobile again but it does not load.I Follow the process which given by this app but it does not Proceed.
                                    Process I Follow:
                                    Open the app mpassbook
                                    select language (English)
                                    Proceed
                                    Then enter Registered mobile no
                                    then Proceed
                                    after that it check the OTP status
                                    after few times it shows Unable to contact bank, Try again later

                                    Please help me how to load this app in my mobile

                                    I am dharmendra maddheshiya . On 09/08/2017 time - 14: 47 . By using union bank of india UPI. I transfer money to my brother but money is debited and stil showing transaction is failed . Sir, HELP ME AS IT IS POSSIBLE .it's college fee of my brother.

                                      I, the undersign mr. Zubin s. Contractor and my family have 4 accounts in ubi, cotton green branch, mum - 400033.
                                      Acc: [protected]
                                      Recently a new branch manager is appointed mr. Dilip, who is not customer friendly. The entire branch staff has been transfered recently and we as customers who have banked for 20 years have to face serious problems.

                                      We have been banking with ubi since 20 years in the same branch but never has the manager been so rude.

                                      Kindly revert back with a feed back with what action you have taken.

                                      I await your positive responce.

                                      Sir branch manager ne bhi call kiya to kahte hai batate hai esa kahte kahte 4 5 roj ho gaye
                                      Today i debit rupees 4000 from my union bank atm from pnb atm at dehlon, distt-ludhiana.but i have not received money from atm but 4000 rupees cut from my account.i have discription recipt and i also attach recipt photo with mail.plz check it and give me back money in my account...

                                      After correct login and correct passward the massage shown INVALID INPUT DATA, i have contact with customer care [protected] they informed us pl contact the concerned branch to resolve the complaint but branch always inform us this is server problem
                                      Hello me nitesh patidar mere nanaji jalam singh ranasara apki branch maksi jila shajapur me fixed deposit hai jo nomini nhi hai or vah expire ho chuke hai unka dead claim ke paper brach se regional office bhopal pahucha diye jinhe 1month ho gay abhi tak unka javab branch manager ko nhi abhi tak jaldi se jaldi kare
                                      I was booked a ticket of Indian railways going to manmad but i was not received transaction otp because of this my transaction was failed and my seat is not booked my journey was cancelled due to bank
                                      Sir my company Current account in your bank . but today i go to union bank siwan branch. And siwan branch can't take 10 or 20 rupess note
