I, the undersign mr. Zubin s. Contractor and my family have 4 accounts in ubi, cotton green branch, mum - 400033.

Recently a new branch manager is appointed mr. Dilip, who is not customer friendly. The entire branch staff has been transfered recently and we as customers who have banked for 20 years have to face serious problems.

We have been banking with ubi since 20 years in the same branch...

I have submitted my fees through sbi bank of india by my debit card of union bank of india but the amount of rs.4197.72 was deducted twice times by union bank on date 30/06/2016 from my account. My account number of union bank of india is [protected]. One year passed away there is no action will take by the union bank of india. Kindly refund my money soon....

Myself rohit chhatwani a/c no [protected] from umaria mp.. I am already registered for mobile banking but can't work this time because as i have changed my cell phone... But when i went branch they told me to talk customer care and solve your issues... I have called customer care so many times but my problem is not resolved... Kindly solve my problem asap....

My debit card + atm card is not working for online transactions.
During our attempt to make online transaction, the initial few steps go smoothly and correctly.
Once we select bank name and click on the "make payment" option, a pop report appears on the screen saying "ubi debit card is unavailable at the moment. You can complete this transaction by using a different payment option."
Pls do the needful for correcting the...

This is about the deposit complaint. I sahil kapoor, a reliable customer of your bank went to my home bank branch for depositing money and asked them about my account number. I have told the official that there are two accounts, one is 3119 on the name of sahil kapoor and i need an another one to deposit my money. What official did was he gave me an account number and i deposited my money in that account number without asking any other thing....

Dear sir, on 4th august-2017 i tried to withdraw rs.5000 amount from my account through atm. I didn't receive money through atm but amount is debited from my account.

Ink stained rs.2, 000 note from their atm & the very arrogant and rude cashier.
I am a customer o[censored]bi for the last eleven and half years.
On 30th july 2017 i withdrew rs. 9, 000 from ubi’s atm placed at their 3 petrol pump branch, thane west.
There was an ink stained two thousand rupee note, which i noticed yesterday only when my fruit...

At union bank of india branch i. I. T. Kanpur uttar pradesh the employee on cash counter working very slowly as sloth bear run, s. I and more than twenty customer, s were in waiting for our checqe payment, s for more than thirty minuts but he was not working, when we asked him reason, suddenly he left the counter and scold over us badly, after that he took a cup of tea and was enjoying and walking in bank premises. We told this to branch...

The banks employee was refused to open accounts. When i asked the reason, then open an account from another bank branch told by the bank employee.

I think union bank should close its operations. The worst bank of all times. A tradional bank in this advanced world. Debit cards dont work at all. Need to wait for a minimum of half an hour just to talk to the customer care executive. No customer satisfaction. The biggest mistake of my lifetime is to open an account qith union bank of india.
