I am from gurugram on 10th july 2017 i went to union bank atm at narsinghpur chowk gurugram around 9:30am
I was trying to withdrawal 10000/- from my kotak atm card no. ([protected]) due to electricity problem i didn't get money but amount was deduct from my account.
Many times i complained to toll free no. But still i have not get any solution about my money
My humble request to you kindly take my problem on priority because i faced many problem
There are i am waiting one hour on that day for electricity after restarting atm machine my money not withdraw
So it's complaint please resolved it asap
If my problem not resolved i will take any other action.

When downloading old paid receipt the server is saying students details invail. When i am paying money it is accepting how it is possible.

      I have made a payment towards fee for wild life institute of india. This was done by net banking on 13th july 2017-
      The transaction details are as follows

      Transaction amount - inr 545.00
      Epay/to:avenues india pvt/64330589/wii fees

      The amount has already been deducted from my account but not yet received by cc avenues. I do have transaction receipt with me for the same.

      I have also contacted to receivers end. But they haven't received the amount.

      I want a refund of the same. As its been missing somewhere.

        I was given check to bank but 3 days after there is no response from bank staff some persons have half knowledge persons they said your transaction is completed but amount is not deposit. so please check higher attharites

          Tds challan no.00002, bsr code. 0291585 dt 01/07/2007 for rs.2000 has paid wrongly for the assessment year 2017-18 instead of assessment year 2018-19, it was our mistake to fill up properly on the challan no/ itns 281.
          Now its needed to rectify the challan and transfer to the assessment 2018-19 of the said challan, but they desperately deny to do the same.
          Why they are not agree to do this.
          Please inform us if you have no option or any provision to rectify the challan immediately.

            Sir, i want to inform you that i have a account in union bank of india branch-zamania dis-ghazipur 232329 uttarpradesh. The branch manager and the staff are absent in bank maximum time and do not do their work properly. Because of this a simple work takes 2 to 3 week. There becomes crowd of people everyday.               I am renuka govind chavan a customer o[censored]nion bank of india kumbhar ves. On sunday i have used union mobile app to transfer money. I transferred the amount with imps ref. No.[protected]. Amount was deducted from my account, but the amount was not transferred. I regularly use union app to transfer amount. But this time amount has been debited from my saving account but it has not transferred. I request you to please refund the amount as early as possible.

                I had transferred rs.9700 (Date 13/7/2017) from my account through union bank of india internet banking (A/c no [protected]).
                The transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. I had filed a complaint, the complaint number is:[protected] and the resolution date was 13/7/2017. But the issue has not been resolved, the amount is not credited to my account yet.

                I am Sangareswari . I got loan for 5lakhs. Loan A/C no is [protected]. Now i could not able to pay 19000/-Rs every month. it is possible to change the balance amount into small loan that means reloan. it will help me to pay without burden. if it is possible means what are the procedure should i follow.

                      I am chhaya rai deposited a sbi cheque (No 366209) in union bank of india (Ubi) station road branch surat
                      For account no [protected] on[protected] in the name of chhaya rai amounted rs.98000.
                      The said cheque was credited in central bank of india (Cbi) lal darwaja branch surat in the name of roshan azami for account no [protected].
                      This cheque was stolen from ubi branch as per clearing officer of cbi said. Then i immediately went to nearest mahidharpura police station surat they approach
                      Branch but they said that your person who deposits the cheque have deliberately stolen it or the member of the thief group and took no interest on the matter.
                      Also police is not ready to file fir.in ubi branch mostly they don't stamp on deposit slip and my deposit slip was not stamped so they did nothing.
                      I am sure that the account in the name of roshan azami is a fraud account. When i went to cbi clearing office i request them so they gave the photocopy of cheque
                      In which where chhaya rai is written is replaced by roshan azami and on back side where my account no and contact no is written is also replaced which can be seen
                      By writing differentiation.
                      Cbi clearing office said that in the same account many cheques are deposited. Cbi clearing office contact no:[protected]
                      So you can contact and they will make very clear about this matter. Afterwards police filed a fir. Sir so it's my humble request to you to check this matter very minutely and help me

                      Bank has auto debited RS 330 For renewal of PMJJBY on 24th May 2017 but policy is not renewed till date today
                      Plz make arrangement to take printout of KV fees receipt

                        On date 05/07/2017, i went for food in 'akshay family restaurant mumbai'
                        First time... I swapped the card in machine... Then transaction is processed, no approved. Receipt not generated and not receieved message. After swapped the card... Enter vpin... And transaction successful and pay rs 478... Receipt generated this time. But first is processed then this amount rs 478 deducted in 06/07/2017. And on 06/07/2017, i not in mumbai.in 06/07/2017, i am in ujjain (My home city). So please solve...
                        Why rs 478 again deducted from my account on 06/07/2017

                          I am using the upi union bank of india app.
                          I had transferred rs.12500 from my account through this app. The transaction failed but the money was debited from my account. I had filed a complaint through this app but it's been 10 days now and the issue has not been resolved, the amount is not credited back either in my account or the beneficiary's account.
                          My money is still stuck because of this stupid app.
                          I've been sending mails daily but there is no response.
                          Is there someone to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

It is for your kind information that i have given option for deduction of emi through ecs and submitted required for in the month may, 2017 but till date i. E from may inwards no installment has been collected from my account. I have called several times to the branch concerned and asked them the reason of not recovering but they have not replied properly. Now, my question is that whether the concerned bank will return the excess sum deducting towards interest? If so when?_

                                  I was paying the fees of sister via online server given to by the union bank of india for kendriya vidyalaya student. While making my transaction of 2400 rupees. And suddenly it's showing transaction failed but the transaction has been done as the phone no associated with the sbi debit card is showing successful transaction has been done. While calling the given helpline no one is picking it up, rather one is switched off i have been trying since morning and the email id they have given is also not proper as. It shows there are no such user. I don't know what to do please help.

                                      I mohammed shafique choudhary proprioter of m. S. Travels having current account in your bank from more than 10 years. My account no is [protected].
                                      I submitted internet banking form in march 2017. But i not recieved my user name and passowrd yet. Several time i visit my home branch nullbazar mumbai but i not recieved my user id and password. No official answer recieved yet. When i visit just got one answer no manager today no asst manager today. Even the person recieved application also not present when i visit in branch his name mr abdullah. After 3 month of submitting my application for internet banking i not recieved any kindd of letter or any paper related to my application. So what can i do??? Can i go with other bank??? Your bank's services are very bad. And bank staff's behaviour are too bad. Not giving any kind of answer when i query about my problem. Just blaming each other but no one want to meet me. My mobile no is [protected]. This is my last email regarding my problem. If problem continues i will surely go with other good banks.
                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My account no [protected] RS 12 and Rs330 debited on 24 th May 2017 for auto renewal of Pmjjby and pmsby but status of policy is showing validity till May 2017 Bank have not updated even though. I have contacted bank personaly
