I am a. Prithiviraj. Using ubi (Union bank of india) account, past 2 years they auto debiting rs.330 for pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima yojana (Pmjjby) on or before 31st may. But this year (2017) for 3rd year i got auto debiting alert to my mobile at 19th may 2017 to maintain my account rs.330 before 31st may 2017. So i asked at my home branch o[censored]bi to terminate this pmjjby, they told there is no option to terminate it but one option is to terminate is to maintain your account balance less than rs.330 until 31st may 2017 by the bank staff then only it will terminate automatically. So i maintain only rs.30 in my account until 31st may 2017. Then 1st june 2017 i added rs.500 to my account to maintain minimum balance, then after few days i transferred rs.4000 to my account on 13th june 2017 then 16th june 2017 from my account auto debited of rs.330 without any information or alert given to me. This is cheating, i thought ubi is govt bank so i believing this bank and maintaining account in it but they also doing like this. Who is the cheater central govt or banks. Even i didn't get policy document also so i don't like this policy. How every human can have right to put there own insurance policy likewise every human have right to cancel his own policy but why not that was not possible in pmjjby. It should be cancel from my account and also refund the auto debited amount of rs.330.

Updated by A.Prithiviraj Still Pending but on that day when i lodge a complaint i got so many phone calls regarding this to we will refund to you tell me your adhaar number, OTP for it, even my debit card number also. No one have rights to ask my OTP and debit card number and all. Why they are all asking about that if they want to refund directly transfer to my account already i gave all account details in this complaint itself. I think there is some forgery happening behind this.

I tried to contact with concern person o[censored]bi who look over Cibil report but could not one person have taken loan by ubi which show in my Cibil report i have already raised dispute still could not get resolve my problems.
Please provide concern person contact detail with whom i can get resolve my problem.
