Mere account se 29000 rupes kaat liye gye hai... Maine kisi ko bhe na to otp pass word btaya or na atm pin.. Phir bhe mere account se blnce kat gya... Hum bank me gye to bank valo ne hmare uper hi blaim lga diya ki apne hi use kiya h... Hmara balance november 2016 se kat rha h or hme iski jankari bilkul bhi nhi the... Total balance 29000 kat gya account se.. Pls aapse request h hmari help kijiye...

    My son mukul saini (Uid [protected]) took admission in kv afs hakimpet in class xi in june 2016 and paid online fee through debit card for apr - june quarter. Subsequently he was transferred from kv afs hakimpet to kv afs yelahanka in july 2016. His new uid is [protected]. I am not able to trace his fee receipt online and get a print. Please guide to get the fee receipt print.

    Very poor web site while paying KV fee.

      Kindly investigate why two physicians Dr Ranjan Bhattacharya & Dr P Biswas has been employed by Union Bank of India Regional Office Kolkata. Both of them are most irregular and reluctant to attend to any queries of the staff members. Dr Ranjan Bhattacharya also never writes any prescription!! The bank is put to financial loss by employing such a delinquent physician. They are not available to the branch staff.

      Both the physicians are most irregular and visits RO Kolkata once or twice a month though they are supposed to attend twice every week. Strangely no record or register is maintained for this purpose. Raising the issue to the concerned departmental head Mr Amit Banerjee was of no use. Concerned department is not bothered by this sort of lapses. Work of scrutinizing the medical bills of regional executives can be outsourced to save on bank’s expenses, as done in other psu.

      Proper advertisement needs to published before employing any physician at the cost of the bank. Please look into the matter for benefit of the staff o[censored]nion Bank of India Kolkata Region.

        I am ashok singh and my saving bank account no. Is [protected].
        Unfortunately your bank officials block my account, few months ago. They ask to submit
        Pan, but i have no pan.
        I applied for pan in fab.2017 but i would not get pan till the date
        (23/06/2017) so i can not able to submit it. I try to talk for other
        Option, any other document to submit, but they denied.

        I try to your bank customer care no and they suggest me to submit form no. 60,
        But your bank branch manager (Ubi fatahpur branch, mau, up) also denied.
        I again try to your customer care no. And they give me some phone no.

        But no one receive the phone.

        So please sir/mam help me and suggest me regarding above queries.

            Nariman point branch
            My son had taken education loan from nariman point branch on 5/11/2008 for studying engineering (Be).
            Interest on education loan a/c no. [protected] was regularly served and loan was ultimately adjusted before time on 29/01/2016 by us. We had requested for refund of 1 % interest as per our entitlement for serving the interest regularly.
            Application for the same was immediately given to nariman point br on 30/01/2016 and matter was regularly followed on phone by email with then advances in charge, branch head. However, to my utter dismay applicable 1% interest is not yet refunded to me. Request you to look in to matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.

                  Then i want to setup the upi pin for transection after filling all detail like 6 last digit atm card number and expiry of atm card then i click on next and then i enter the otp which came from bank after that i enter upi pin and click on confirm after that i shows that card detail error.

                    I have visited your branch located at vidhyadhar nagar jaipur on 19 of june 2017 it was very shocking that employees are gossip with each other and in terms of work they have very poor knowledge. One person is sitting with hair dying on his hair and one manager moving with out wearing footwear in the branch. And don't want to help to customer to there services. I was sitting there 2 hrs and find that they are working just opposite the tag line of bank that is good people to bank with. This branch employees behaviour is just like an government office in rural areas. So said that these kind of banks were working in india in 21 century.

                    exactly you describe union bank staff very well what I were feeling about them but can't find word to complain the. union bank customer support is worst regarding staff bad behavior. I complain 3 times online but no action or reply. Worst is if you make complaint to branch manager you can't imaging rude abusing tone from that well educated senior person & he start talking to customer in "tu-tadak" tone. In my case this happened with 3 various branch manager in same branch. my experienced branch ifsc UBIN0558648

                          Sir i have ordered a pair shoe from amazon site dated on 08/04/17
                          On ordering its get deducted my money of amount 2359 and showing status time out and shoes is not ordered that time, then i again tried for next attempt this time also they have deducted money 2359 and this time my shoes is ordered. So my complain is that they are not returning my money back as the shoes is ordered only one time i. E. Of amount 2359. I have filed many complaints againts this order but they are not returning back to my account

                            Your all charges are very high compare to other bank charges. The rbi rules must be same with all banks. U charge for neft transtion that is fine but again u charge ledger charges and that to per transaction. I have my ac online so i dont take statement from u and then also ur ledger charges are very high... U also chargeon cash deposit... So please let me know has rbi has some guidelines about the charges which bank charge

                                Dear sir,

                                I am a. Prithiviraj. Using ubi (Union bank of india) account, past 2 years they auto debiting rs.330 for pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima yojana (Pmjjby) on or before 31st may. But this year (2017) for 3rd year i got auto debiting alert to my mobile at 19th may 2017 to maintain my account rs.330 before 31st may 2017. So i asked at my home branch o[censored]bi to terminate this pmjjby, they told there is no option to terminate it but one option is to terminate is to maintain your account balance less than rs.330 until 31st may 2017 by the bank staff then only it will terminate automatically. So i maintain only rs.30 in my account until 31st may 2017. Then 1st june 2017 i added rs.500 to my account to maintain minimum balance, then after few days i transferred rs.4000 to my account on 13th june 2017 then 16th june 2017 from my account auto debited of rs.330 without any information or alert given to me. This is cheating, i thought ubi is govt bank so i believing this bank and maintaining account in it but they also doing like this. Who is the cheater central govt or banks. Even i didn't get policy document also so i don't like this policy. How every human can have right to put there own insurance policy likewise every human have right to cancel his own policy but why not that was not possible in pmjjby. It should be cancel from my account and also refund the auto debited amount of rs.330.

                                Still Pending but on that day when i lodge a complaint i got so many phone calls regarding this to we will refund to you tell me your adhaar number, OTP for it, even my debit card number also. No one have rights to ask my OTP and debit card number and all. Why they are all asking about that if they want to refund directly transfer to my account already i gave all account details in this complaint itself. I think there is some forgery happening behind this.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have tried to with-drawl 5000 rupees from a ubi atm on 14/6/17. I have ubi debit card. As the money was not available on that atm i did not get any cash there. The receipt printed from the machine also shows unable to dispense the cash. But in my mobile i have received the message as 5000 rupees has been deducted from my acct.

                                  Now what i have to do to get the money back.
                                  Now i dont have online banking also so that i can check my balance.
                                  I not able to go bank in two three days as i in a tour.

                                  Please suggest me what should i do.

                                      I added pan as poi and voter card as poa but brach manager manikchak malda didn't​ receive this and forced to refilling with uid as poi
                                      Hence i again refilled ref [protected] with poi and poa uid adhaar but the manager said it not acceptable.
                                      I don't know what the services given by manikchak malda branch
                                      In this situation i would like to draw the attention to concern authority
                                      Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
