Money was deducted from my account on 8th june 2017 during online ticket through irctc.

I got a rejected transaction from irctc approx 11 am today (Ie, on 8th june 2017). When i made inquiries with irctc, i was informed by them that the bank was responsible and i will be refunded with the total amount that was deducted.
.
The last transaction id is : [protected] with status 'not booked'.
Where has the amount gone (335/-)?

Please look into the matter asap and keep me up to date on this issue.

    We always deposit cheques towards our credit card payments in ubi branches especially karol bagh branch. Everytime, they create issues and tell us to issue ubi cheques towards such payments instead of other banks. While issuing credit card to us, it was never told that the payment towards such credit card dues be made only by ubi bank.
    The staff at gurudwara road ubi branch is very non-cooperative. A strict action may please be taken against them.

      Money was deducted from my Account on 26th May 2017, to add to my Paytm balance.
      I got a failed transaction from Paytm. When I made inquiries with Paytm, I was informed by them that the amount had not been suctioned from Union Band of India. They inform me that the bank was responsible and I will be refunded with the total amount that was deducted.

      The bank has failed to refund back the deducted amount. Nor have I received any information from the bank informing me about the issue.
      Where has the amount gone (6500/-)?

      Please look into the matter asap and keep me up to date on this issue.

          Myself suvendu saha, residing at howrah. I am an account holder o[censored]nion bank of india madurdaha branch kolkata. 1000 rupees wrongly charged at 23rd march 2017 from my account due to link failure by debit card swipe. I have complaint at customer careand also talk with the maneger of the branch. They give a time of 45 days to give my money back but i cant get money refund. I want my money back.

            Refer to above complaint no., this is the second complaint no. For the unsolved problem. Refering to complain no. 22063116 you gave wrong and bluffing reply that the transaction is successful.
            Plz go through details with eyes and mind open.
            I transferred 8000/-on 29/04/2017 through imps to anand appasaheb nimbalkar axis bank ahmad nagar ifc cod - utib0000215, ac no, [protected]. For your kind information but is transferred to another a/c [protected] of madurai branch.
            Plz go trough my statement which reflect madurai branch account but ifsc code of ahmednagar branch i. E utib0000215. Transaction is full proof invalid and still i have not got revert the amount.in what sense you say for succesful transaction.
            Plz pay my amount back with interest as more than 30 days have gone due to wrong and incorrect information.
            I will further approach consumer court wherein all expenses wil be borne at your end.

              I'm facing this problem from yesterday morning
              I performed a Transaction and It was not successful money debited and message shown that I've withdrawl the money yesterday which I did not do.
              I have paid fees for my child for final installment of academic year 2016-17. I tried to generate a fee challan but it is not getting operated. Please give us feedback

                I m customer o[censored]nion bank my a/c number is [protected] amount 20000 was deducted from my a/c but i didn't resive the cash. Very low quality of service. I read the reviews and found that many people are facing same problem with this bank. I will not suggest any one to open a/c in this bank. And i will also not continue

                  Sir my name is vasimuddin shaikhdob 08/05/1983 i applied a unian bank of india credit card from ubi alirajpur branch but till date i am not received credit card. When i asked br. Manager he told that i have received confarmation mail from credi card department as token o[censored]r application received on 24april 2017 and he saw me that mail but sir what is the resion behaind it so i not received my credit card

                      I have a compliant about irctc... That they are removing union bank of india... As a debit card option and as a net banking option too for the payments... So what should i do if i have to book an online ticket...

                        I anubhaw prakash pandey belong to reotipur, ghazipur, utter pradesh. My father is account holder o[censored]nion bank of india, reotipur. His a/c is already attached to aadhar card but bank employee disconnect the aadhar card from his account & he is threading that he closed a/c.

                        Pls take needful & suggest me what can i do?

                            We applied for a home loan in Ponnurunni branch o[censored]nion bank around two months back. Our original property documents are already in the bank as we had taken loan 8 years back. That loan we have paid back fully. Manager of that bank first told that she will give another housing loan if wanted when we asked. On the basis of that we planned for extension works of our house. For that every document I have signed and given. I am Indian railway employee with grade pay of 4600. That manager told us to come for money when needed. By believing her word we demolished a part of our house and started work. When we went bank for money first she said I am going for training after that I will give. After many days we went again, then she said she got transfer so she cant give. Then we talked with new manager she is demanding new new certificates and all. After submitting every thing she told that she is ging for training after that she will give. Now we approached her and she is now demanding yet another certificates that is from 2004 and all. Our house is under danger now because of your bank. Now monsoon also started. We r fed up of your bank. My mother and father are maintaining account in this for past 25years. Now what should we do. Contracter now stopped work because of lack of cash. Even after submitting our documents and my salary certificate etc u people cheated us. Even to a central govt employee ur behaving like this then how will u behave to a common citizen? Already 2 other banks assured me loan but I trusted ur bank. Now I got paid for my faith. What should we do now?

                              Resetting transaction password

                              I complained to the call center for nor not able to reset my transaction password online and got a reply that to send a mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com and i will get it within 2-3 working days. I sent a complaint on 22nd may and till 29th, that is today i have not received my password or even a reply to my mail.

                              Hope this is not the quality o[censored]nion bank when you treat customers....

                                I did a transaction of 5000 rupees on 27 may 2017 from [protected] (Own a/c) to [protected] (Benefeciary) this account number by bhim app. Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 5000 rupees amount is debeted from my account.
                                I was told to wait for 24 hours and the costomer care executive is not good enough to help.

What is the point in going for cashless transactions when such charges are levied. Are the charges levied by the concerned bank or is it charged by the petrol bunk ?
